The vacation home with approx. 100 sqm over 2 floors is quietly located and equipped for an occupancy for 2-6 people. It has 3 separate bedrooms, bathroom with corner bath, guest toilet with shower, spacious hallway, a living room with large terrace, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the large property with barbecue area and lawn can be used. The car parking space is located directly on the property. You will find the house in the center of Boltenhagen - to the pier and the beach it is only 850m.
A 5 kilometer long sandy beach, crystal clear water and an imposing cliff make the Baltic resort of Boltenhagen a unique vacation destination on the Baltic Sea. Whoever comes here sends his soul on vacation. Boltenhagen is subject to spa tax (from 16 years): High season - 2,10 p.p /day, Low season - 1,50 p.p /day, Pets are also welcome and are charged 12 EUR per night. Bed linen can be booked in addition if needed. The price would be EUR 16.90 p.p. and also includes 1 shower towel & 1 towel p.p.. On arrival the beds are then immediately made.
