The property has an exquisite open floor plan that is perfect for socializing. Thoughtful, renter friendly details added. The backyard has a wonderful modern heated pool surrounded by grass, seating area, and fire pit. Restaurants and groceries within walking distance!

We had a very enjoyable stay. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive with a few of our questions. The neighborhood was safe and we had easy access to old town and could walk to a few restaurants. We loved hanging out in the backyard and in the house on the comfy furniture.

Great house. Wonderful location, close to all the things we wanted to do in Scottsdale. House was clean and well maintained. Kitchen has all of the conveniences for a week’s stay with a group of 3 families. Pool was amazing! Perfect temp and we loved watching March Madness from the pool. Will stay here again next time in the area.

Great location for all amenities including top rated golf courses and night life. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood with privacy in the backyard. Suitable for 8 adults, responsible for own propane and hard to stream services on the TV. Great time though!

Great for a Group

We had a great time staying here! Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and the location can’t be beat. We had issues getting the pool heated, but the host was very responsive and kept us in the loop! Would stay here again and would recommend!

Nice house for family and children

Very convenient location, easy drive out to anywhere, the new revolution is good, the living room and kitchen is very spacious. A nice addition is that the pool is a heated pool and was kept very clean. A house that’s suitable for few families and children traveling together!

Phenomenal Welcoming Host!

The place was spotless, the fridge was stocked with waters, condiments, etc. The hosts even welcomed us with a welcome gift. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Graduation family stay

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay! We had everything we needed. Plenty of space, great backyard and pool. It had so many things to celebrate my daughters graduation. So many cabinets and drawers full of anything you could think of. Clean safe area lots close by and the host was the best she was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile 10 stars out of 5 !

Amazing place, perfect Location!

Elizabeth was a really helpful and welcoming host. Our group stayed for a quick golf trip and she left us a welcome gift and accommodated an early check-in. The house was really clean, comfortable, and had a bunch of amenities. The backyard and heated pool was a huge draw for us and it did not disappoint, there is a really amazing mural and lots of seating for an evening drink by the pool. We will absolutely be staying here again next year.

Clean large house.

The property is as advertised. Owner was very responsive with a couple of questions/issues we had early but all were resolved. Only issue worth mentioning is one bedroom and the casita both do not have window coverings so no privacy and morning sun came early.

Our Only Daughter's Wedding

This place is incredible! The house is very spacious and beautiful. The hosts are great and promptly addressed all of our concerns, even welcoming us with donuts and gifts for the children! The pool is heated and the outdoor sitting areas are very enjoyable. There are 2 gathering places outside! It was so nice! And the guest quarters with the extra refrigerator and oven made our large gathering very comfortable. We picked up the Costco meals and had to use both ovens to cook. Those meals were delicious! We will definitely stay here again! A huge thank you to our hosts!

Best vacation rental experience so far!

Elizabeth is gifted in hospitality and it shows through in her friendly and prompt communication and her beautiful home! We needed a place for our large family to stay for my daughter’s graduation and this was PERFECT! The house has an amazing layout and is super clean! We also used the casita for some family and it was great to have the extra space! The backyard is wonderful and very inviting, especially at night with all the lights on the wall and twinkle lights under the porch above the fire pit seating area! We will be sharing this with anyone we know looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area and hope to use it again for ourselves soon! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful location and pool

The house for the most part was wonderful! Pros: House location,heated pool,multiple bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds,plenty of towels. Cons: House seems to be in the process of remodel,guest house needs better ventilation-pretty stinky, primary bedroom the sheets had holes and stains, bathroom showered heads are very low, living rm furniture is pretty stained. All rentals should only have leather furniture that can be wiped down. We ended up laying bed sheets over top of chairs and couches and that worked fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Elizabeth was very prompt in getting back to us with any concerns. She even let us stay a bit late and use the pool! I think once the kinks get worked out this has great potential. I would still recommend this place, just would make some changes!
