Living/dining area with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen including a modern cooking island, air conditioning and direct access to the covered terrace by the pool. One bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

maison contemporaine dans un bon bardé d'oliviers

La maison est spacieuse mais mal isolée donc il est fait en permanence très chaud malgré la climatisation surtout la chambre des enfants.Elle est confortable et dans un très bel environnement, au calme. Belle piscine. Nous avons été un peu déçu lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait rien dans la cuisine, pas de sel, pas de sac poubelle, pas de filtre à café, et 2 rouleaux de papier toilette. Décevant par rapport au prix de la location.

Sehr schönes Ambiente

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes, wo man Ruhe und Erholung finden kann. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns mit frisch gepflückten Kirschen und eigenem Olivenöl empfangen haben. Die Eigenversorgung ist, wie beschrieben, problemlos möglich. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Istrien zu erkunden.

Perfekter Ort für eine Auszeit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen! Das Haus ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Der Pool wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt, ebenso der tolle Grill. Das Haus liegt mitten in Istrien. Perfekt, um alles zu erkunden. 20 Minuten bis zum Strand sind völlig ok. Für einen Supermarkt sollte man in die größeren Städte fahren. Auswahl ist hier genug. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin ist unkompliziert und super nett!

Sehr schönes Haus in prima Lage

Wir haben die Woche in Smoljanci sehr genossen. Die abgelegene Lage war für uns perfekt und der Ausblick in den grossen Garten ist prima (an guten Tagen erkennt man sogar das Meer am Horizont)! Für Ausflüge in Istrien ist der Ort perfekt! Bei der Ausstattung könnte man den ein oder anderen Gegenstand erneuern bzw. ergänzen aber ansonsten war alles prima! Die Kommunikation mit Katarina hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen :-) !!
