Located within a brand new apartment complex, this studio has everything you need for a comfortable and stylish stay in Old Town, Scottsdale. Take a dip in the pool to cool off or relax on the deck after a long day of working or sightseeing. We are located in Downtown Scottsdale, where you'll find many dining and entertainment options.

Room was kinda dirty. Room was hot when we came in. The pictures were misleading there was no toiletries on the counter when we arrived. To us it was just a place to sleep so we didn't care too much but still...... also the blinds were broken and falling down this place just needs a revamp

Loved My Stay

I really enjoyed my stay in Scottsdale. It was walking distance to places to eat and a short and affordable Lyft ride to Old Town. The area was exactly what I needed for my trip.

Great place!

Cute little studio apartment, tiny but perfect for just me and my 2 dogs. Enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is a great location, i really enjoyed my little staycation!

Vince was very responsive whenever I contacted him before, during, and after our stay. The HVAC remote wasn't working and maintenance was at the door with batteries in a very timely manner. Vince was very kind and helpful and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. His expectations were clearly communicated.

GREAT Place

Small but very clean and efficient and in a great location. Love the large outdoor patio area which is also kept very clean. Pool is very close and easily accessible. Within easy walking distance to Old Town. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Scottsdale.
