Die Wohnung beinhaltet einen Schlafraum mit Flat-TV, eine Wohnküche mit Flat-TV, Couch, Essplatz und komplett ausgestatteter Küche mit einem Ceranfeld, einem Backofen, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem Wasserkocher; einer Kaffeemaschine und weiteres sowie ein Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschtisch. Des Weiteren sind im Preis ein großer Balkon und WLAN sowie eine PKW- und Fahrradgarage bereits enthalten.
