The inside is a wonderful, versatile space providing ample area for all of your needs and water views abound. All four bedrooms are upstairs with a spacious hall and reading nook. Beautiful wood floors, wood burning fireplace in the formal living room and a recently updated kitchen with a big island plus a dining table. Easy access to the screen covered pool from the family room, then a nice walk through the large yard to the dock. Enjoy dinner/drinks with friends and family. Attached, oversized 2 car garage. Enjoy sunsets on your dock while watching the dolphins swim around or hop onto your boat to the open bay and cruise to vibrant downtown St Pete. Enjoy long walks in this beautiful walking area. This is our dream home. We have finally purchased it and are taking the year to rent it out until we finally move in ourselves. All of our immediate family live right next to the house so it'll be perfect for family get togethers and all of the benefits that come with being right next door to them. This house was built like a brick. One of the highest houses on the street of the incredible Bayshore Blvd (locals call it Bayshore Mile), flooding has never happened before in the past. The location is INCREDIBLE. Only a quick couple of miles to downtown St. Petersburg featuring incredible activities such as the new pier, Salvador Dali Museum, historical airport, multiple retail shopping and dining opportunities and so much more. You can easily jog, walk or bike the two miles to downtown right from your very rental. Also Bayshore Mile comes from the countless numbers of neighbors that descend onto the mile long bayshore blvd to run/speed walk every morning. Bayshore blvd is exactly one mile long and a wonderful sanctuary away from the busy roads of St. Petersburg. We hope you enjoy all of the benefits of our home as much as we hope to one day.

Enjoy a quick dip in the pool. A quick paddle off the dock. The water is incredible at the Bayshore house. Immediate direct access to Tampa Bay with no bridges, and minimal traffic the dock gives you a perfect place to relax and stretch out those feet as you hop on a paddle board or kayak and go explore the local waters. Or simply sit on the dock to look at the countless dolphins and manatees that call those very waters their home. Dolphins swim into the canal behind the house and often use those areas as mating ground and training grounds for new born dolphin offspring. Relax by the screened in pool without having to worry about mosquitoes or other bugs bothering you. Sit back by the fireplace and sip on your coffee while you enjoy the serenity the home offers.
