Die komplett eingerichtete 60qm Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock bietet Platz für 1-4 Personen. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Couchsessel und Flachbild-TV lädt zum Verweilen ein. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (180cm breit) und einem französischem Doppelbett (140cm breit). Unsere ländliche und idyllische Lage mit Ausblick auf Wiesen, Wald und Feldern bietet Erholung vom stressigen Alltag. Kostenfreies Internet (50MBit) steht zur Verfügung. Ein Grillplatz und der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand laden zum Ausruhen ein. Die unentdeckte Perle "der Frankenwald", bietet viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad- und Mountainbikestrecken. Freizeitangebote wie erholsame Thermen, Wintersportmöglichkeiten sind im Frankenwald und im nahegelegenen Fichtelgebirge zu finden.

Herrliche Lage am Ortsrand, traumhafter Garten, der genutzt werden kann und in dem sich Mensch und Hund mehr als wohlgefühlt haben.Selbitz ist eine Reise wert und die freundliche Vermieterin hat jede Anfrage hilfsbereit aufgenommen und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal buchen. Mooi verblijf in rustige omgeving

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf van 7 dagen. Het is een mooi appartement in een rustige omgeving. We hebben diverse musea bezocht en daarbij genoten van de ongeving. Het Chinees restaurant in Nalia is heerlijk. Suzanne heeft ons vriendelijk onvangen, ze is een gezellige verhuurder. Susanne, bedankt voor de fijne week, groeten Marco.

Gemütliche sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

Ich brauchte Erholung und die habe ich bekommen. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich, hat sich gekümmert das ich alles habe was ich brauche . Und sie war immer für mich da. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, gemütlich, sauber und so richtig zum wohlfühlen. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal auf diesem Wege-:)

Wohlfühlen in toller Umgebung

Wir haben mit meinen Schwiegereltern ein schönen , leider viel zu kurzen Urlaub gehabt. Fühlten uns in diesem Haus wie zuhause. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr zu empfehlen
