Beach Access:
• This home is a short 10-minute walk to the beach and Discovery Coast Trail
• 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to downtown Long Beach
Pets:
• Up to 2 dogs allowed
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Large dog crate, dishes, leashes, blankets. Are available for your furry friends.
Parking:
• There is only room for 2 cars; one COMPACT car in the garage and one in the driveway.
• On-street parking is not allowed. Cars parked on the street or blocking driveways will be towed.
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
• 110v trickle charge outlet outside. No extension cord provided

• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Plastic cups and plates for children.
