You can also visit the small town of Nin, with its famous beach with medicinal mud and its salt museum. A visit to the historic city of Zadar, where there is a lot of culture and architecture, and where there are numerous events and good restaurants, is also recommended. There are excursion boats from Vir to the island-rich Kornati National Park.
