Nice home in OstseeResort Olpenitz

This modern vacation home is located in the middle of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, directly between the Baltic Sea beach and the Marina Olpenitz, the lively yacht and sailing harbor. Lots of light wood, natural tones and high-quality furnishings provide a wonderful feel-good atmosphere.



The vacation home overlooks the watercourse behind the house, offers space for the whole family and is also perfect for vacations with two couples traveling together due to the two bathrooms - one on the first floor and one upstairs. There are two separate bedrooms, two sleeping places are on the sofa in the living area. In the bathroom there is the private infrared heat cabin of the cottage. Here you can warm up after a long walk on the Baltic Sea. The fireplace stove in the living room provides a cozy athmosphere. In addition, Magenta TV is available in this vacation home.



The open terrace of the house invites you to sunbathe or share meals with the whole family. A barbecue is also available for you here.



Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.



Here you will find offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic Sea beaches are particularly spacious and it is all the more cozy in the cottage.
