Appartement Munich Land A - Aying - S-Bahn S7

Nos appartements modernes sont situĂ©s dans une maison individuelle (Bj. 2006) Ă  DĂŒrrnhaar Ă  environ 10 km de la pĂ©riphĂ©rie sud-est de Munich. La station de S-Bahn est accessible Ă  pied en moins de 10 minutes. L'accĂšs Internet est disponible. Des places de parking sont disponibles devant la maison. Serviettes, linge de lit, accĂšs Internet, frais supplĂ©mentaires et nettoyage final sont inclus dans le prix de la location. Les animaux ne sont pas admis. Ce sont des appartements non-fumeurs.

L'appartement A est au sous-sol de notre maison et dispose d'un salon-salle à manger-cuisine lumineux et convivial, d'une salle de bains (WC / douche / baignoire) et d'une chambre. La chambre a un lit double (160cm de large). Le salon dispose de 3 canapés-lits simples (chacun de 80 cm de large).

Great spot, incredibly friendly hosts. Only gripe is the S-Bahn that runs to and from DĂŒrrnhaar out of Munich constantly gets cancelled. Be mindful of that when making your plans. We eventually just operated as though every other train would be cancelled and that ended up being about true (in addition to the particular stop already being skipped once of every 3 times).That said, that doesn’t take away from what was a very pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood. Make sure to grab dinner in Aying at Ayinger Brewery when you stay here!

Our stay at the Munich Countryside apartment was very pleasant! It was exactly as advertised. An apartment in the countryside, so we had a 35 minute ride on the S-Baun train, also mentioned in the description, to get to the city centre of Munich. But we did not mind that at all. The accommodations were very nice!! Our hosts were very easy to reach and communicate with. They went above and beyond helping us with our grocery shopping since we didn’t have a car rental. I would totally recommend the hosts and accommodations to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay when travelling to Munich. We had a great time in Munich, attending Oktoberfest which was the reason for going to Germany, as well as watching the opening parade, going on the hop on hop off and renting bikes to tour around Munich! We didn’t get the chance to try the Aying beer which was brewed very closely to our apartment but maybe next time:)!

Die Wohnung ist voll zu empfehlen. Alles tip top, Betten bequem. Allerdings gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor Ort, aber mit der S-Bahn klappt's. Das Bistro am Ort ist zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, besonders fĂŒr Urlaub mit dem Elektroauto

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus mit Lademöglichkeit fĂŒr Elektroauto, was mir besonders wichtig war. Die S-Bahnstation ist wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Listen mit SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Gastronomien liegen bereit. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und modern eingerichtet und hell. FĂŒr den ungestörten Schlaf sind Außenrollos vorhanden. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und können die Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. In dem Haus gibt es weitere Ferienwohnungen.

Die Beschreibung auf das Objekt passt genau. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr moderne Ausstattung. Der Anschluss an die S-Bahn ist in 5min zu erreichen , was fĂŒr uns super gepasst hat. FĂŒr 5 Personen ausreichender Platz. Schöne Gegend.

Schöne FeWo fĂŒr Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub (z.B. um MĂŒnchen zu erkunden) geeignet. FĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Urlaub ist die Lage im Untergeschoss sicherlich nicht zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und modern. Die Vermieter waren gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich.

Clean and quiet

We had a wonderful stay in the one bedroom apartment. It was extremely clean and quiet and located in the small village of DĂŒrrnhaar. Prior to booking, the owners were very responsive to my email questions and provided all the information I needed. We did not rent a car and were able to travel via train for daytrips to Regensburg, Neuschwanstein Castle, Salzburg, and Munich. Travel via train took longer than car, but it was definitely feasible. DĂŒrrnhaar is 30 min from Ostbahnhof (Munich East) and 40 min from Munich Central station. When we first arrived, Rupert met us at the DĂŒrrnhaar train station, showed us the best route to walk to the apartment, and provided lots of very good information which we appreciated. He also had good restaurant recommendations.

Modern und sauber fĂŒr 4 Personen

Wir haben die Wohnung zusammen mit unserem Sohn und seiner Frau gebucht. Die Unterkunft war frisch renoviert und alles sehr neu und sauber. In Bad und KĂŒche ist alles da was man braucht (außer SpĂŒlmaschine). Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck sitzt man auf leider etwas unbequemen "Barhockern". Es ist ein Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch vorhanden. Leider fehlen weiter Sessel, so dass man am Abend eigentlich nicht gemĂŒtlich zusammen sitzen kann. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Preis ist o.k. Die Kommunikation und BegrĂŒĂŸung durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

My friends, family, and I had a fantastic stay during Oktoberfest and only wished we could stay longer. Rupert & Julia's apartment is perfect and they were extremely accommodating. We had lost luggage couriered to Rupert's property before we had arrived and he kindly collected it. Also, one of our friends showed up late in the evening before we had arrived back from the city and Rupert kindly let him in from the cold. These gestures were very much appreciated! We used the smaller downstairs apartment and rented an additional bedroom above the garage to accommodate 7 of us, which worked out perfectly. We had everything we needed including good coffee, wifi, and an excellent shower! Don't be put off by the distance into the city. We found the train into the main station in Munich to be very good, taking approximately 35 minutes and running frequently and at all hours. The XXL day pass for public transport is perfect when staying at the apartment. If staying, do read Rupert's instructions for the short walk between the train station and the apartment as google will take you via the main road.

Excellent stay! WeÂŽve spent two weeks in the smaller one. Well located, close to the train station, easy way to Munich, NĂŒrnberg, Salzburg, Zugspitze, etc. Clean and organized. The Herz family is very nice, friendly and always there if you need anything.The possibility of cooking at "home" gave us the joy of feeling at a very cozy place. Gerne wieder (would do it again). freundlich helles und schönes Souterrain

Wir waren mit 3 Personen vor Ort untergebracht und hatten ein sehr schönes Souterrain ĂŒbergeben bekommen. Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön und komfortabel (Fussbodenheizung, KĂŒchenausstattung, Bad-Zubehör, WLAN, usw.) eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber! Man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell an den zentralen Punkten (MĂŒnchen, Alpen, usw.) Der Weg zur Bahn zu Fuss ist etwas weiter weg aber kein Hindernis. Wir wĂŒrden die FeWo immer weiterempfehlen.
