5BR Beachfront Villa with Daily Staff – Ideal for Families & Groups

Located on one of the most exclusive and scenic beaches in Búzios, this two-story villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and service. With 5 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, BBQ grill, wood-fired oven, and garage parking for up to 4 vehicles, it’s ideal for extended family getaways or group vacations.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable stay, daily staff service is included and required at a fixed rate of R$450 BRL per day, paid directly at check-in.

This fee covers two full-time staff members who will be available each day to provide:


- Maintaining the pool and outdoor areas
-Grocery shopping for fresh meats, seafood, and other essentials
- Preparing drinks and snacks throughout the day
- Preparing and serving barbecue
Setting up beach chairs and umbrellas directly on the sand
- Cleaning and resetting the outdoor living areas after daily use
- Setting the breakfast table each morning
- Preparing full meals upon request
