Rest and relaxation with stunning mountain views - Garconniere "Untersbergblick"

Our studio "Untersbergblick" was newly renovated in early 2017. The 1-room apartment is separated with a sliding glass door between kitchen area and sleeping area. The apartment is equipped with a double bed, shower / WC, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, small kitchenette with dining area, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, private terrace with views of the mountains.

Our house - a place in the sun ........ is located about 2km outside the village 'Puch bei Hallein' in a wonderful sunny hillside location. The tranquility and the view of the entire surrounding mountains, such as the Untersberg, the Watzmann in Berchtesgaden, the Hohen Göll, ......, invites you to relax and enjoy. The Mozart city of Salzburg is only about 12 km away from us.

The Berchtesgadener Land with the Watzmann, the Königsee, Berchtesgaden, the Kehlsteinhaus ........ can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

For children there is a large garden to let off steam, with a small pool, trampoline and swing.

Our two apartments, for 2 to 4 people are awarded with 4 edelweiss (highest award). In the large apartment there are 2 bedrooms each with shower / WC, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, a large bright kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave, also with satellite TV and a beautiful sun terrace.

The small apartment is a 1-room apartment with 1 double bed, small kitchenette, fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and Espresso machine, dining area, private terrace. The sleeping and cooking area are separated by a sliding glass door. Since both apartments are located on the ground floor and are right next to each other, you can rent the two apartments together well and thus we can accommodate 6 to 7 people (the small holiday apartment is only available from early November to late April).

Rest and relaxation: Quiet location at the edge of the forest, thus a wonderful starting point for walks and hikes. Lean back, switch off from everyday stress and enjoy the peace and the beautiful view.

Festival City Salzburg: Our house is especially popular with festival guests. Due to our proximity to the city (only 12 km from the city of Salzburg) you can reach the Festspielhaus in no time, then you can go back to the apartment where you can just enjoy peace and a wonderful view.

Sporting activities in summer and in winter: For stays of 3 nights or more, our guests have at their disposal a free one-day rental of bicycles and e-bikes in the resort. The Tauern Bike Path leads past our village.

SUMMER: Take an extended tour of the Untersberg (from your terrace directly onto the Untersberg) or simply use the train or one of our other mountains. In just 10 minutes you reach the Waldbad Anif with its climbing park, which also offers a challenge for us adults. Also in 10 - 15 minutes you are on the golf course of Golfclub Salzburg in Rif. In the nearby Berchtesgadener country with its beautiful lake Koenigssee can be reached in about 25 minutes.

WINTER: 3 smaller ski areas (Gaißau / Hintersee, Krispl, Zinkenlifte - www .gaissauhintersee.at) are located in our neighboring communities, where you can not only ski, but also can make wonderful ski tours. There is also a cross-country ski run in Krispl, but there are also plenty of opportunities for tobogganing and sledging. Skating rink in Salzburg ..........

Sightseeing in and around the city of Salzburg: Whether by car, bus or S-Bahn (free for our guests) in 15 minutes you can reach the city of Salzburg and all its attractions.

Fortress Hohensalzburg, Mirabell garden, Mozart's birthplace, Getreidegasse, museums, Casino Salzburg in the castle Klessheim, Tiergarten and water games Hellbrunn, salt mine Hallein, summer toboggan run on Dürrnberg, Celtic Museum, these and many more are in our vicinity, but also z. For example, the Eisriesenwelt in Werfen (largest ice cave in the world) can be reached in about half an hour by car.

As you can see, our house is very central and you have all the possibilities for the 'best time' of the year, namely your holiday, open, to keep a relaxing time in lasting memory.
