A corner townhouse centrally located in Piding, built in the regional style, contains two apartments, each with a separate entrance. The "ganz nah" vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features its own spacious, covered, and furnished terrace. Guests are welcome to use the adjacent garden. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountain landscape, including the Untersberg and Predigtstuhl. From the living room and in front of the entrance, you have a direct view of the Fuderheuberg and the Hochstaufen. A free parking space for our guests is available right in front of the apartment’s entrance.

This cozy, 92 m² vacation apartment offers plenty of space and high-quality amenities. It consists of an entryway, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with natural light, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub, as well as an open-concept kitchen/dining area with an adjoining living room. The kitchen features a modern wood-style design and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bedrooms feature exterior blinds and offer either a double bed with a built-in closet or two single beds with storage space. Bedding and towels are included. The living room invites you to relax with a flat-screen TV (including streaming services) and free Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, living room, and one bedroom provides additional comfort. The apartment was lovingly modernized in 2024 and is ideal for guests who value quality and style.

The vacation rental in Piding offers a central location with excellent transportation connections. The towns of Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg are in the immediate vicinity, as are numerous lakes such as Königssee, Hintersee, and Chiemsee. The Berchtesgadener Land National Park, hiking and skiing areas, thermal baths, outdoor pools, and the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine are all within easy reach. Shopping options, restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, and doctors are all within walking distance. The Piding train station (a 10-minute walk) and bus connections provide quick access to other destinations such as Munich or Rosenheim. For shopping enthusiasts, the Piding Outlet and the Salzburg Designer Outlet are nearby. Salzburg Airport is just a 15-minute drive away.
