With 280m² of living space, 3 bedrooms and terraces on different levels, it offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with familyfriends.

Relax on the main terrace with a 32 sqm swimming pool (heated) and sun loungers whilst enjoying views of the Adriatic. An outdoor shower is available. The covered terrace area offers a shaded seating area, also ideal for outdoor dining whilst you enjoy the magnificent views.

On the ground floor you will find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room. From here you have access to the pool terrace and an unparalleled view of the sea. A bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a washing machine complete the ground floor. The open-plan living room is equipped with a spacious sofa, armchairs, a rocking chair, a flat-screen television and fireplace.



On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with queen-size double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower, sink and separate toilet. These rooms also offer access to the terrace and magnificent views of the sea and mountains.



The third bedroom on the second floor features an en-suite bathroom and offers access to a balcony as well as the large roof terrace with impressive views of the sea, the mountains and sunsets.



Parking spaces for several cars are available in front of the house, and the garden is landscaped with lush, Mediterranean plants.
