Villa Skyview, an impressive property, newly built villa with 44m² infinity pool, hot tub and sauna in Brela. Reserved parking spaces on the beach in Brela, included.



Here you enjoy absolute privacy and comfort with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Brac! The house is detached and directly on various hiking and mountain biking trails. There is a private car park for several cars directly at the house.



Villa Skyview is suitable for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms available. The entire ground floor area, which also includes a bedroom with bathroom, is designed to be barrier-free.



The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room are located on the ground floor, from where you also have access to the terrace with a 44m² infinity pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. The pool water is treated with electrolysis. Guest toilet (separate) on the ground floor.



An outdoor summer kitchen with a refrigerator, BBQ grill (fireplace) and a large dining table with chairs rounds off the experience. A covered shaded terrace with lounge furniture, as well as parasols and sun loungers by the pool invite you to linger. The hot tub is located on the upper outdoor terrace with spectacular sea views. A sauna is available for relaxation.



On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, this area is accessible via a staircase. One bedroom also has a large terrace with seating furniture. All rooms have sea views, are air-conditioned and fitted to a high standard.



Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available, as well as a washing machine with tumble dryer and PS5 gaming console.



Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs up to 18kg weight. Surcharge €100 per animal)
