Unser Appartement liegt 800 Meter von der Rottal Terme entfernt (10 Gehminuten) und direkt neben dem Golfpark "Bella Vista" (90 Meter zum Abschlag 1) am westlichen Rande des Kurgebiets. Die Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung mit gemütlicher Landhauseinrichtung bietet Ihnen separaten Wohn- und Schlafraum, eine Küche und ein Bad. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen Brötchenservice oder auf Wunsch ein reichhaltiges Frühstück an. Wir haben für Sie Fahrräder zum Ausleihen oder auch genug Platz, um Ihre mitgebrachten Räder oder Golfbags abzustellen. Die Ferienwohnung (55m2) befindet sich im 1. OG des Hauses und wurde 2018 komplett renoviert. Sie haben von den Balkonen zur Süd- und Ostseite aus einen wunderbaren Blick auf Wiesen & Felder des Rottals. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet incl. Sat-TV, Radio und CD-Player, außerdem finden Sie in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche auch eine Mikrowelle und eine gemütliche Eckbank. Bade- und Handtücher, ein Fön sowie Tisch- und Bettwäsche sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.
