In the centre of Schwalenberg, on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 500 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 150 m2 with lawn and flowers. Terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Mengersenstrasse" 300 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Hermannsdenkmal Detmold 25 km, Deutsche Märchenstrasse 500 m, Externsteine Horn 20 km, Porzellanmanufaktur Fürstenberg 32 km, Künstlerkolonie Schwalenberg 500 m, Westfälisches Freilichtmuseum Detmold 25 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Hiking paths: Burgenstieg 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Trotz Ortskernlage angenehm ruhig. Der Ort ist malerisch. Die Vermieter sind liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Wanderer kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Mein Besuch war im Herbst.

Fijn groot appartement. Leuke indeling met authentieke houten vloeren. Goed ingerichte keuken, prima bedden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Heel schoon en goed gelegen midden in het oude 'eftelingachtig' dorp. Verhoudingsgewijs heel voordelig. Mooie wandelroutes direct vanuit het dorp.

Schöne Lage, super Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in einer historischen Altstadt. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch schön war es, so kurz vor Weihnachten, nicht auf Weihnachtsdeko verzichten zu müssen, da die Wohnung weihnachtlich dekoriert war. Von der Wohnung aus kann man sofort loswandern in die schöne Landschaft. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir haben es genossen mal aus dem Alltagstrott rauszukommen.
