Welcome to this beautiful Pawleys Island True Blue Golf Resort 3 bedroom condo. Come golf, beach, dine, swim, walk, or lounge all in one place. Pool and spa located steps from your front door.

3 bed, 2 bath in pristine condition sleeps 6. Newly updated and absolutely gorgeous! Minutes from the beach, restaurants, golf and all that Pawleys Island has to offer.

All the bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses and bedding, ensuring both convenience and comfort. Master has a King size bed, walk-in closet, and en suite with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is also an air mattress available.

Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to cook up your favorite vacation recipes. Spices, oils, coffee, creamer, sugar, and a few basic necessities are all included. Charcoal provided for grilling out back as well. Laundry is inside the unit.

The living room is spacious and very airy with lots of light. Plenty of room to gather around the table for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable. TVs all have Roku and cable, free wifi included.

Enter the screened porch from the living room and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine. Sink into one of the chairs and enjoy the beautiful weather as you listen to birds and take in the natural landscape.

True Blue golf course is world class and definitely walkable. Caledonia is approximately 3 minutes away. Both courses are phenomenal and if that;s not enough, there are 6 other courses in the area to choose from. The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.

*LINENS INCLUDED (NO FEE) AND EASY NO CONTACT CHECK IN PROCEDURE - we give you a key code because the last thing you want to do after traveling to your vacation destination is make a stop to pick up the key!

1 pet allowed with an additional $100 pet fee. Dog must be kept on leash outside and you must pick up after your pet. Dog should also be crated if left alone.

Centrally located to popular destinations, 20 miles to Myrtle Beach, 12 miles to Murrels Inlet, 70 miles to Historic Charleston - easy drive to all.

Our condo stay was first class. The unit was just as pictured in the listing and there were numerous amenities. The host provided everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. She even provided coffee and tee and some bottles of water in the refrigerator. The unit was extremely clean and we were provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I was with a group of friends to play golf and the condo was centrally located to many of the top courses in Mrytle Beach. Communication with the host was very easy and she always responded to me within minutes. I would highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to this area.

This was by far the best stocked condo we've ever stayed in. There were plenty of pillows and linens as well as a good slection of condiments and spices if we wanted to cook. We'll be marking this as a favorite for when we're in the area again.

Great Property in Pawleys Island

This is our favorite True Blue Golf Club location to stay in Pawleys Island. The unit was very well cleaned and maintained and was exactly as described. This host was prompt and helpful. We highly recommend this unit and if it were available, we would ALWAYS stay here.

Condo was perfect!! Host thought of every detail to make our family stay outstanding. First time using VRBO, won’t be the last after this Host’s hospitality. With family living nearby & restaurants and beaches right around the corner this will definitely be an option for multiple stays throughout the year.

Great Experience

We had an excellent experience. Everything was extremely clean, response of owner was incredible and very helpful, location was perfect (very close to pool), and the attention to details and number of items provided to make stay comfortable was beyond what we expected. We have had multiple stays in the True Blue area and have never been as happy as we were here. We had some concerns about weather and received information and help that was needed from the host. We had multiple small children in our group and felt like this was very comfortable and appropriate for them. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous decor super clean

Two families stayed together for our kids engagement at murrels inlet. It looked nice online but when we opened the door we all said WOW! The decor and cleanliness were amazing. And the host even left a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate with. All the little things you could need were there as just bonus extras from tide pods to even aloe in the bathroom. Less than 10 minute drive to the beach at pawleys island. Doordashed some amazing donuts from parlor donuts which is close by. Definitely recommend trying their ‘croissant’ style donuts. Over all I would give this property 6 stars if I could. It was that good!

Beautiful condo

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. It was as described in the listing and there were all the amenities and supplies that we would need during our stay. Towels for the beach and for showers were provided. There's a vacuum, washer, dryer and laundries supplies. We'd like to say that it was terrible so we can book for our trip next year and have that time available, but we can't. We really enjoyed it and will be back next year as long as we can book it on our week. The property manager was quick to respond. It was clean overall. The pool is across the parking lot. Not crowded. Being on the ground floor was also a bonus. Thank you so much!!

Ahhhhmazing! You get EXACTLY what you book!

The first word that comes to mind regarding this stay is SEAMLESS. The detailed instructions once we confirmed our booking allowed for a smooth process from beginning to end. Once on site, the property was immaculate! I must say, the pictures caused us to book, but the property itself is even more impressive in-person. Clean, ready-to-use, air conditioning set JUST RIGHT, furniture & decor is gorgeous and equally functional…I mean, I could go on and on. And guess what…The host ACTUALLY uses a legit cleaning service…ask me how I know… the toilets were sealed, the toilet tissue had a cute handmade emblem on it & towels were folded and laid out in a decorative manner as well. This review could go on and on BUT, I believe you get the gist!! Thanks Audrey for an Ahhhmazing Stay!

The condo is so pristine, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. We are located on the first floor so it's convenient for all ages and pets. We pride ourselves on being one of the most well stocked vacation homes you will ever stay in. Love having 5 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf clubhouse and restaurant is walking distance, and being a 5 min drive to the beach. We love being on the True Blue and Caledonia golf courses - they are the best in the area, and top 100 in the country. The restaurants in Pawleys Island are all top notch for the foodie in you as well.
