Visited with brother and 2 friends and used Riverton as a launch point for fishing in the region. Great location. Convenient to restaurants, highways and grocery stores. Plenty of room for all of us. Really appreciated ability to use washer and dryer.

The frig was dirty. We had to clean before putting anything in it. But overall, we would stay here again if the chance comes again. Kitchen is small but the rest was roomy. Great communication.

Everything was great other than it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. We actually washed all the sheets before sleeping the first night. Hair and food crumbs in all but one bed when we arrived. One dresser was covered in glitter, carpet felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while, just not very clean.Location is great check in was easy, and the price was fair if it had been cleaned.

Property had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy. Near to some restaurants and groceries store. We would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay in Riverton. This was our second stay as our son is attending college there. Casey has always responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Well definitely book again!

Great place check in was a little different than most other places being kind of slow but the place was very nice and clean and comfortable highly recommend it to anyone A/C was on when we arrived and made it feel wonderful

Nice entertainment center in the basement but that’s about it. It’s DIRTY. Little to no communication from the host. When we arrived we noticed that there was still coffee in the coffee maker, and the kitchen counters and floors hadn’t been cleaned. We notified Sandy right away, asking if they forgot to clean. Thinking it was an honest mistake, we’d work with them to make it right. The response was, ‘Hey there. No my cleaner was there today. Did he miss some spots?’ I explained about the dirty kitchen and waited for a reply. In the meantime, we noticed that there was food debris in the dining room, living room and the entertainment room. All tables had sticky rings from drinks. The stove, fridge and microwave were dirty inside and out. The beds were made but the sheets and pillowcases appeared to be slept in. Dirty towels had been re-folded and put on the rack. After getting no reply from Sandy, we decided to wash enough linens for our overnight stay and clean the surfaces we needed to use. We messaged Sandy again in the morning after we left, asking respectfully for a partial refund due to the poor condition of the house. There was no reply to that message either. We did receive what appeared to be an automated message later in the morning saying they hoped we enjoyed our stay and to combine trash before we left. I’d give 0 stars, except the chairs downstairs and the washer and dryer were nice. I do not recommend staying here.

This property was amazing!! It had all the amenities you could ask for and was extremely clean and well put together. We will definitely be back!

Great place of you are going to Riverton to see the Ballon Festival. It was a surprise to see the balloon launch from the back yard. Many up close.
