What makes this property unique

Location makes us an ideal spot to travel to the winelands (5 minutes nearest wine farm) . We are also centrally situated to be able to travel West coast (25 minutes to Blouberg beach) or False Bay area 40 minutes to Strand/ Gordons bay. 40 minutes to Stellenbosch/ Paarl (wine lands). Close to N1 national road and large shopping center for all your needs. Also we are walking distance from "The Majick Forest " park, Door de Kraal dam and the 5 minutes from Tyger Berg nature reserve with views all over Cape Town towards Table mountain.
