Functional shower room / WC with walk-in shower at ground level. Store room. First floor: 1 bed. with double bed, space for cot. 1 bed. with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms. with flat screen TV and blackout curtains. Spacious shower room / WC with walk-in shower, towel warmer. Comfort details: Underfloor heating, insect screens in all rooms. Storage for bicycles available. Own car parking space with direct access z. House property. 2 sunny terraces with a view. Big beach chair. Ironing board, iron, safe, high chair, games, hair dryer. The barbecue is not allowed. The 5. Person and the pet will be charged with 5,00 Euro per day.
