Location, is ideal!! In desirable Fisher park. Condo is walking distance to Moses Cone hospital and 3 miles to Wesley Long. Traveling nurses dream! Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, bars and events. Historical church across street, Tanger Center of Performing Arts (concerts and broadway shows) Fisher’s Grill , Joymongers Brewery (pet friendly) , LeBeaur park (live music, food, small dog park etc) , Fishers Park with trails, nearby.
Condo is a small private and charming complex with designated parking. You are near downtown without having to hear the noise!
Fully furnished with everything you need! All utilities, WiFi and HOA ($239) included. Washer and dryer and full sized kitchen on premises. Brand new queen memory foam bed with premium cotton linens for great night sleep. All stores needed (food lion, drugstore) are very close. Friendly Center has Barns and Nobles, department stores, grocery (Harris Teeter), shops etc ..a short drive. Free Trolley on weekends steps away.
