On the 1st floor of our house we offer you a comfortable apartment (about 60sqm, max 4-5 pers.) with separate living room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area for 4-5 persons, and a bathroom with bright wall tiles, tub and toilet. The apartment is decorated in country style with mostly bright furniture, smooth plaster with warm tones and real wood floors, which underlines the charming character of the country house style again. The south-facing balcony with dining table, comfortable seating and sun awning invites not least because of its beautiful view towards the Nahe valley also to stay longer.
Our house is located in a quiet outskirts of Bad Sobernheim, in a small dead end street with no through traffic, in the immediate vicinity of the many recreational activities. The distances and walking distance in detail: Naherad- / hiking trail: 250m / 3 min. Barefoot path: 250m / 3 min. Leisure and adventure pool on the Rosenberg: 300m / 5min. Saunarium: 300m / 5 min. Mini golf course: 500m / 8 min. Glider airfield: 500m / 12 min. Open air museum: 900m / 12 min. Draisinenstation Staudernheim: 2500m / 30 min.
