This unit comes fully furnished with furniture in the photos (indoor/outdoor), pots/pans, dishes, utensils, new blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels. The unit has one assigned gated garage parking spot, in addition to a 4’ x 4’ x 6’ storage unit. Additionally, this unit has its own private terrace (furniture included) and the unit looks out to the gardens in the owners only courtyard.
The building amenities include clubhouse, gas grills, outdoor pool, gym, and conference room.
The lease agreement must be a minimum term of 6 month and the monthly fee include all utilities, cable, and Wi-Fi. No pets please.
This unit is privately owned and managed by the owners under MSC Rental Property Management LLC.
