Mehring is only 18 km away from Trier, Germany's oldest city, with its many sights. Das Allerletzte!

Bei Buchung wurde eine 40 qm App. "Marnigum" offeriert, bekommen haben wir ein kleines Zimmer unter einer Dachschräge, Stand 70er Jahre -jedoch zu- auch für 2024 überzogenen Preisen! Enge Verhältnisse, alte häßliche Möbel, uralte Bettwäsche und ein Bad unter 2 qm. Die darin antiquirte Dusche unterm Schrägdach schränkt einen normalen Duschvorgang stark ein – für etliche Gäste dürfte dies ein Problem sein. Die Zimmerzuweisung hat der Vermieter uns gegenüber damit abgetan, das aktuelle Gäste verlängern und er diese nicht verprellen wollte! Ohnehin hätte er nur rein zufällig die Mails gecheckt und unsere Buchung gesehen. Daraufhin Motoradfahrern die sich telefonisch angemeldet hätten wegen uns wieder absagen müssen! Erstmal ist die Täuschung, bei der Auswahl, ein Zimmer anzubieten was der später folgenden Buchung in keinster Weise entspricht und dessen wahre Definition erst bei der Bestätigung sichtbar dokumentiert wird – glatter Betrug! Als wir dem Vermieter sagten, das wir uns auf das Angebot und die Beschreibung im Internet verlassen möchten antwortete dieser, das er FeWo-direkt nicht kenne, auf dieser Seite nicht vertreten sei u. dies auch zukünftig nicht vorhabe! Nach verärgerter Nacht u. höchst unerfreulichen Diskussionen im Frügstücksraum und vor anderen Gästen hat er uns aufgefordert nach Hause zu fahren!!! Wir haben eine Übernachtung bezahlt und dieses Anwesen schnellstens verlassen. - leider ist die max. mögliche Anzahl der Zeichen erreicht -
