We rent a lovingly renovated apartment in a historic old building from 1889. Cozy and with everything you need for a nice and pleasant stay. Well-equipped kitchen with mini oven, large fridge / freezer combination. Cozy stove for the cooler winter days ... Large rain shower and newly renovated bathroom. Quiet location in the Himnterhaus, elevator available. Only 5 minutes walk to the main train station, the exhibition center (RMCC), cinemas and shops. 10 min. to the wonderful weekly market in the old town.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location. We have traveled a fair bit, and used VRBO often, this is one of the nicest properties we have rented. The apartment is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The owner could not have been kinder or more helpful. Highly recommended!

This apartment we stayed in was possible one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in! Very comfortable apartment with all the necessary items for a great stay. We loved the fact that we could walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes or walk to the Aldstadt in 15. Dani was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We can't wait till next year!

Quintessential Wiesbaden Style and Charm

We truly enjoyed our two-week stay at the apartment. It's in a beautiful, well-cared-for, 160-year-old building, a short walk from the central train station and the heart of Wiesbaden on one of the city's loveliest residential streets. We appreciated the comfortable, contemporary furnishings and design elements that compliment the classic beauty of apartment. And we couldn't have asked for better hosts. We hope to return in the spring.

My stay at Dani’s apartment was simply amazing! Before the arrival Dani and Volker made sure I had all the information needed for the stay and for the trip. They checked on my status and ensured that I was welcomed properly and got settled. Volker extended his hospitality beyond and picked me up when I got lost. Talk about a warm welcome! Dani and Volker checked to make sure all my questions are answered in time. They provided great information about the neighborhood and what’s going on in the area- including a holiday I wasn’t aware. And the apartment is just gorgeous!!! It’s spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you need! The apartment’s location is perfect! Just a short walking distance to the train station, restaurants and the park. What a gem! If you happen to have a rental car, there are several options for parking, including electric vehicles charging station near by. Words simply can’t capture the great experience! I can’t wait to stay at the same apartment when I return.

"Schöner Wohnen"

Bei der Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung in Wiesbaden hatte uns das Inserat von Dani besonders angesprochen, vor allem die Fotos der Wohnung, aber auch die Lage in der Stadt und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden! Die Wohnung liegt an einer Allee mit alten Bäumen in einem schönen alten Gebäude und steht durch die moderne Einrichtung in einem schönen Kontrast dazu. Sie hat einen großen, luftigen Wohnbereich mit hohen Decken in dem man sich sehr gut aufhalten kann. Die Fenster sind hoch und lassen viel Licht rein, so dass es kaum auffällt, dass sie in einen Innenhof gerichtet sind. In der Küchenzeile vermisst man nichts, um sich selbst zu versorgen, höchstens vielleicht eine ganz normale Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt allerdings eine Nespresso-Maschine. Das Beste kommt zum Schluß. Das ist einmal die wirklich gut funktionierende Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft von Dani und Volker. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, vielen Dank nochmal dafür und auch für die vielen guten Tipps für Wiesbaden, die waren sehr hilfreich, vor allem auch bei der Restaurantauswahl. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Wiesbaden kommen, werden wir als erstes bei Dani anfragen.

Entspanntes Wohnen in herrlicher Lage

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg nochmals bei Dani & Volker für ihre herausragende Gastfreundschaft, die individuellen Insidertipps und die wunderschöne Wohnung, bedanken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei euch sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut eingerichtet, sehr chic und gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch an heißen Tagen, wie wir sie hatten, kann man sich in der Wohnung wunderbar aufhalten. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Allee in der das Haus liegt mutet wunderschön und grün an. Zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Altstadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Und wer gute Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung sucht, wird sofort fündig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles!
