The Green Walnut Home is located on the traditional village of Ano Korakiana, away from noisy areas, where you can enjoy the Corfiot nature. A recently renovated house, ideal for couples or family holidays. Great for relaxing holidays. 19km from Corfu Airport and 4Km from the sea, Ano Korakiana is strategically located so you can explore the northern area of Corfu Island. With private parking next to the house, you avoid the difficulty of lengthy luggage carrying.

The Green Walnut Home is located just outside the Ano Korakiana village, in an area with just 5 houses around, fully surrounded by olive trees and nature sounds. The neighbourhood is quite. The road close to the house is not very busy. Its a lovely starting point for running, trekking or cycling activities with fantastic mountain routes around. We think that its a great house for relaxation and family times.

The house is fully accessible. There are 2 parking spaces available for your use on the parking area that you can make use of, free of charge. The parking area is next to the house so, you can carry your belongings very easily. The remaining parking spaces are used by the neighbours of the first floor.

The house is fully a non smoking area and pets are not allowed. All adult visitors must me over 24 years of age. The house is a ground level property. On the first floor of the property, I have 2 adult relatives leaving that they own 2 dogs and cats, securely fenced on their property.

You will need a car or a scooter to be able to explore the area. The closest blue bus stop is situated in Pyrgi 4km away with buses every 30 or 45 minutes and the Green Bus stop is just across the road, but there are just 2 buses per day.

We had a great and relaxing stay at Green Walnut home! The location is perfect to visit a vast part of the region, surrounded by nature but close enough to the beautiful Kerkyra (and not too close of the big and noisy touristic areas). The house is extremely comfortable and well equiped, and Antonios is an excellent host, aiming at making you feel like at home!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die wirklich mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Besonders toll ist, dass an allen Fenstern Mückengitter angebracht sind. Wir wurden mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank empfangen und waren gleich bestens versorgt.Antonios, der Vermieter, ist super freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön zentral für Wanderungen auf der Nordhälfte der Insel. Auch Strände und Kerkyra sind mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar.Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal auf Korfu sind.

Eine sehr komfortable Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und hat alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, voll eingerichtete Küche, sauberes Bad, helle Zimmer, moderne Fenster, überdachte Terrasse, Wi-Fi in jedem Zimmer. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Es war an jedes Detail gedacht. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an den Vermieter. Er kaufte sogar etwas Lebensmittel zum Frühstück für uns ein und eine Flasche Weißwein stand im Kühlschrank. Wir fühlten jede Minute, dass man auf uns gewartet hat. Vielen lieben Dank! Und alle, die die Wohnung mieten möchten, nur zu, das ist wirklich eine sehr seriös geführte Unterkunft.

By being almost centrally positioned on the north Corfu, you will ne able to explore many areas of northern Corfu.

What makes this property unique

I have chosen to keep the original decoration and not fill the house an "all white" furniture. I want my guests to feel that they stay on a local house, not on a house that you may find in many different countries. The house is on ground level, you do not have to carry your lugagges through lenghty roads and stairs.
