About Jennifer Jensen

Joyce (the Artist) and Clark (the Educator) have enjoyed Park City for years! Joyce does fused glass jewelry and large abstract paintings. Park City has been a favorite site with our family for skiing, biking, shopping, eating, and celebrity watching. Joyce displays her work at the annual Park City Art Festival almost every year.

Jennifer Jensen purchased this townhome in 1993

Why Jennifer Jensen chose Park City

Park City has something for everyone, every age, every season! Winter sports on the 'Greatest Snow on Earth!' and Spring bike rides on the miles of the Park City bike trails. Summer boating at Jordanelle and Deer Creek lakes and fly fishing on the Provo River is the best. Single track mountain biking at the Deer Valley resort is a favorite activity for July and August. The city park offers activities year round from the little kids to the older adults who want to watch some baseball. Christmas and the Sundance Film Festival are two great times to be in town. Park City has it all!

What makes this townhome unique

We love the location and the size of the condo! A quick walk takes you to the resort for shopping and dinner. The private steam room is great after a full day on the slopes and the hot tub is perfect for a soak before bed. The kitchen is very large with a double oven, large microwave, and large fridge. You can even seat 12 for dinner easily.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thanks! The trip was a lot of fun. The area is just gorgeous and the location of the condo was perfect. The weather was a little warm for me but only because I didn't pack the right clothes, next year I will be prepared. We would stay again ..... lets just hope that Triple Crown Baseball and Park City renew their contract. I didn't realize one of the fields in use was directly behind your complex.....nice.

Keep in touch and thanks for the condo.

Great place

  • 5 of 5

Spacious, comfortable, great location. We had a terrific time and Jennifer was responsive and helpful. We had a BLAST. Three couples could not have been more comfortable (great common area and privacy too). Laundry in unit total bonus.

Lovely property with all of the proper amenities and more.

  • 4 of 5

Property was a great size for our group of 5, with a location on the bus route that couldn't have been much better. Plus, snow every day but one, not sure how you did that but we all appreciated the fresh snow.

4 baths and 3 bdrms on different levels make this an easily shareable space for group

  • 4 of 5

It's rare to find both this floor configuration (2 bedrooms upstairs, and one at the bottom). If you had kids, or another couple, sometimes it's nice to create some space in a co-living environment. And with 4 full baths, this one does the job nicely.

Close walk to the Payday lift (albeit, up a hill and through the Park City parking lot). Easy to valet skiis for $7 a day at top of mountain, and carry boots to/from the lodge where you can leave you walking shoes in a locker for $1 a day.

While no fault of the owners, there is major construction occurring in the lot next door, and it's both unappealing, and noisy if you're there during the week. Weekends are quiet however.

Also nice that there is covered parking right at the front of the unit door... all the snow can accumulate and make it a cold-wake up otherwise.

Wonderful Home for our Family Reunion in Park City!

  • 5 of 5

I travelled to Park City with my family, my brother's family and our parents. We were all so impressed once we arrived at the condo . It was as spacious as described, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were there during a few snowstorms, and found the Park City free shuttle bus to the Park City Mountain Resort very easy to use and convenient. After a day of skiing, our family members enjoyed the indoor hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the location close to a grocery store -we were able to prepare most our meals. The location was also very convenient to Main Street. I've already recommended this property to friends, and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City!
