Tanpa Villa will create a true Tampa experience you won’t forget. Walking in you'll notice all the local art decorating the house. An open layout making it great for friends and family to all gather comfortably. The main entrance includes a large dining table, sleek kitchen, large living room, along with even foosball and other games. A long hallway leads towards the second living room and private backyard. The hallway has access to the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry unit. Outside is completely fenced in for full privacy. Outside is setup with more games like pingpong, corn hole, and Giant Jenga. A grill and 2 picnic tables ready for cookouts, or enjoy a small bistro seating great for your morning coffee or tea. Enjoy the evenings with Edison lights illuminating the backyard, or in the enclosed carport to enjoy a fire and seating. Besides the houses amazing features, The location is walking distance to the zoo, river access or to the park. Close to many restaurants, downtown, and bush gardens. Why they chose this property
This properties location is fantastic for people who want to have fun while visiting. It has an open floor plan allowing families and friends to gather comfortably. Plenty of outdoor room for fun and games and good evenings. The house is great for quick rides downtown, or even closer to the attractions like the zoo down the street, or amusement park a few minutes away. Still Tampa being close enough for beach visits, it just fits perfectly for a Rental for all to enjoy.
