Enjoy a comfortable stay in this inviting home just a short walk from the entrance of Busch Gardens. The property offers three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite master bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub. There’s plenty of room to relax both indoors and outdoors, including ample private parking and a large backyard ideal for unwinding.
Please note: An RV is parked in the backyard with a long term tenant who lives there. She keeps to herself and is rarely on the property, so your stay will not be affected.
As this home is located in Florida, seasonal insects are a normal part of the environment. The property is regularly treated with professional pest control; however, occasional sightings may still occur. By booking, guests acknowledge this condition, and refunds related to insects cannot be approved.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
On your way out please lock the main door. If you had time to send me a quick message when you leave I'd really appreciate it. That will help me alert our cleaners for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you know your car has an oil leak please park on the grass. Otherwise you'll be charge a cleaning fee of the driveway $200.00 per incident.
Any towels and or bed sheets that are damaged will be charged $30 per bed sheets and $10 per towels.
Seasonal insects are a normal part of the environment. By booking, guests acknowledge condition, and refunds related to insects cannot be approved.

The host is a liar and will updates and change the listing to fit her needs. Her mother stayed in a RV in the backyard and kept coming out to listen and watch my family. My kids caught her looking in their window while they were watching a movie before bed. Also she says a COCKROACH infestation is normal for houses in FL. I’ve stayed in plenty of houses in FL and it was the first time I’ve seen any!!!!!!!!!!!!

The host was wonderful and the location was perfect. Close to Bush Gardens and the softball fields were minutes away. Veronica couldn’t have been more helpful and the house is tidy and clean. A great stay.
