We did not stay there,,,, the house was also rented by another group on the exact days we rented,,, a prime example of bait and switch,,, which I will report to the proper authorities

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST!!!!!

WE CHECKED IN THE CLINTS BEFORE MUST HAVE STOLEN ALL THE TELEVISION, PROMISED HE WOULD HAVE TELEVISION UP THE NEXT DAY .AS WE WALKED IN TO THE ROOMS, THEY WERE STINK OF SMOKE WE ADVISED JADEN WE COULD NOT STAY BECAUSE 2 PEOPLE IN THE PARTY WERE ASTHMATIC AND THE SMOKE WILL TRIGGER IT. JADEN PROMISED A FULL REFUND. EXCATLEY WHAT HAPPENED MY GUEST ENEDED UP SPENDING 2 DAYS IN THE HOPITAL BECAUSE OF THE SMOKE IN THE HOUSE. IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS HE HAS NOT REFUNDED MY FUNDS FOR A HOUSE WE DID NOT OCCUPY AND REFUSES TO ANSWER THE CALL

Cruise Ready

We actually had permission to come in a little early.. the cleaning lady was still there Jayden just asked if we would mind hanging out back until she finished. We drove down in our swimsuits so we was ready. Location was good. We were close to stores so everything worked out. I would love to use this property again.

Worst stay I've ever had.

We came around 9pm and the property was not cleaned after last guests! The host was responsive enough to send someone to clean and change sheets. The lady was working untill around 1am. The next morning someone else came to finish the job. The property is not "luxurious". I've never seen worst remodeling work in my life. The grill was filthy and the pump in a pool was not on. (We had to figure out how to turn it on ourselves). The host promised me to comp one night. After the stay he "changed his mind" and comped a little bit more than half of one night stay. Don't ruin your vacation. Stay somewhere else.

Decent Home

The house is as pictured however you can tell a lot of the renovations were done quickly or DIY so in person it gives a much cheaper and older feel. The dishwasher didn't work and the grill was not clean at all but everything else was very nice. I will say we booked last minute but I feel it was still within a time frame that someone could have checked to make sure the house was guest ready. For example the little things like pull out the pool cushions and made sure they were clean. It was a short stay so it served its purpose.

Great Place very few inconvenience

The place is great, tv controller wasn't working and other tv never worked so entertainment after 10pm (curfew) was not much of an option. Ac was off when we got there and it took 4-5 hours to cool the place down. Everything else was excellent, big pool, nice comfortable rooms. I would consider staying here again!

Worst experience ever!!

I don’t even know where to begin. I guess I’ll start with they have terrible communication. Never responded back to any calls and voicemails or any messages from Vrbo site. We had to contact Vrbo for them to get ahold of them since we couldn’t get in. They also gave us wrong Wi-Fi password. Next would have to be how disgusting it was! Trash was packed on side of house which was completely covered with maggots and horrible smell. Pool was so dirty that I had to clean for hrs since nobody could be reached and my kids wanted to swim. I actually fixed their filter since it wasn’t working and found a electric cigarette stuck in plumbing. Probably saved there pump. Also house was not stocked like listing said. We had to wait a few days for there Amazon order to arrive. Lol the pictures on listing make it look and sound luxurious but far from that. More like a diyers nightmare. Ceiling fans and lights are controlled by remotes but none seen m to work. A/c is not efficient and rooms are hot. Was told multiple times I would be discounted but haven’t seen anything or heard back from anyone. Extremely disappointed and horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I have many pictures if anyone wants to see this disaster. And one more thing I’m not one to be picky or complain at all. I just feel this is completely necessary and everyone should be warned. Only decent thing is location it’s only 5-7 min drive to one beach!

The place to stay in FT Lauderdale

Jaden is a great host! The house was perfect for our group of friends, the location was close to the beach, and a 15-20 min ride to the bar scene. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pictures are deceptive of actual quality of interior, good location

Doing my best to give a fair review and list both the pros and cons of the house. Pros: location was great because it was such a short driving distance from the beach House was spacious and had lots of towels and beds Everything was functional and the place was comfortably livable Owner was flexible Cons: the impression the pictures give is luxury and the actual house interior does not give luxury vibes at all but like cheap workmanship that cut corners everywhere The windows up front are dirty and a pane is broken Closets are weird, some don't have doors, some are poorly constructed Just everything gives the impression of poorly remodelled and poorly constructed (new walls built on top of old walls for example) For some these things might not be a big deal as long as everything is functional which it was, for those I would recommend this house For those though that care about attention to detail and for those to whom environment matters a lot and prefer luxury vibes on vacation, this place isn't it The owner was kind and flexible when possible but pretty inconsistent at responding (sometimes would respond quickly and sometimes it took a couple days) Also we were not given instructions about how to get into the house until quite late ( which was kind of stressful) And the owner did not know the exact WiFi code (one was listed in the book, one he gave us but neither worked) And I just tried variations until I stumbled upon the one that worked It's all the little things that for someone who cares about details would be big deals but for someone who doesn't, this might be the perfect house cuz of the spaciousness and location Tried to give a fair balanced review Hope it helps someone make a informed decision when booking

Mixed bag

Property was clean and well supplied. We could not get in when we arrived because the supplied code did not work. However, we were able to reach the property manager who was eventually able to get us in. The main problems with this property are physical plant and location. Re location, it is not really near anything you would want to do in Fort Lauderdale proper and is not close enough to the beach to walk. The pool is small and takes up most all of the backyard. The house itself looks like someone without much skill DIYed the whole thing. Finding the light switches was difficult and several did not work when we arrived. The mattresses were great. The pillows not so much. No place to put anything in the bathrooms, which are very tight and lack counter space and adequate lighting. Bottom line: it was more than adequate for a place to sleep but far from an upscale stay. I’m sure it would be great for a family with kids but that wasn’t us.

We had a great time at this home. It's in a great neighborhood close to everything beach,shops,ect. We had a great time in the pool and the overall stay was excellent.

Nightmare

We booked this property two days prior to our arrival. When we arrived- a family of 15, the owner was not responding. After many attempts VRBO finally got in touch with the owner. It turns out the property was not cleaned from previous customers. The owner said it was "a last minute booking." I am not sure why the house was listed as available if not cleaned and why we had to suffer because of this. If it was supposed to be cleaned and it for whatever reason it wasn’t then let us know prior. Our reservation was canceled and we were left to find a new house. The owner did apologize via text but never answered our calls the whole wait time. The owner may have made one off error - I don't know but a little bit of proactive communication would have gone a long way.

Clean and spacious property

The house was spacious and clean! Plenty of room for my family of 8. Enjoyed eating breakfast in the gazebo!! We love that the pool is saltwater even though we did not get a chance to use it. Close to the beach and shopping! We plan to rent this house again!!
