Modern appliances for ease, and traditional furnishings for comfort. Two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the master, are ready for your streaming services. Both couches recline, the dining table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen is fully stocked for your entertaining needs. Both showers have grab bars for your safety. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers are installed in both bathrooms for your convenience. There's also a small laundry room that includes a washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board. The back yard is ready for enjoying the mild winter Yuma offers all visitors, complete with seating area, outdoor dining table and a fire pit. After BBQing and enjoying an al fresco dinner, star gaze from our newly installed turf or sip your coffee while the morning doves coo. The neighborhood is ideal for walks and, during the winter months, offers some popular food trucks within walking distance that many locals and visitors enjoy.
