Bright and Cozy Cabin in Blue Lake Springs

Our adorable cabin is perfect for couples, friends'-weekends or family stays. Enjoy year-round fun in the Sierras. Excellent location in the heart of Blue Lake Springs, across the street from the 8th hole of Sequoia Woods Golf Club and about a half mile from both private lakes. Access to Snowflake Lodge resort-style recreation area with a guest fee. Quick hop to HWY 4- and 5-min drive to Big Trees, 15 minutes to Murphy's 30 min to Bear Valley and 1 hour to Columbia Historical Park.

The space:
Freshly updated and comfortably appointed, our cabin provides the necessities for a couple nights, or a couple weeks. We especially love how the big sunlit windows in the living room overlook the forest. Step out onto the expansive deck for morning coffee in the filtered sunlight or enjoy afternoon beverages on the shady deck while BBQing your favorite meals. Explore the half acre forest of oaks and pines, keeping an eye out for the herd of 8 bucks or even the three bears we spotted when we first moved in.

While there is plenty of room downstairs for fun and games, we appreciate how all three bedrooms offer space for folks to spread out and refresh for the next day’s adventures.

A wide path leads down through the half acre forested property toward the golf course and picturesque walks around both lakes. Enjoy drinks at Sequoia Woods or meals at Snowflake Lodge, both in easy walking distance, or stay home and create your own beautiful meals with our well- appointed kitchen.

A short drive to town offers several dining and boutique shopping options or additional hikes, water and snow adventures. Additionally, Calaveras County offers endless opportunities to explore beautiful wineries and attend local concerts, music festivals, street fairs and artisan craft markets.

The cabin comfortably accommodates 1-8 guests.

Main floor: Main bedroom w/ medium plush mattress and adjustable frame, 1 full bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen, dining, family room, and deck all accessible from main floor.

Upstairs: Full bathroom (with bathtub). The "Forest Room" offers plush memory foam queen bed. The "River Room" offers a king bed and a bunk bed, all with memory foam mattresses. This room is perfect for the kids' hangout.

Remote work should be a breeze with the fastest Wi-Fi available and an adjustable sitting/standing deck, and 31.5 inch monitor.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire cabin with the exception of a locked storage closet.
Other things to note
The TV is a Smart TV which has apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+. We do not provide accounts to guests, but feel free to sign in with your own credentials and use the Smart TV apps.
