Beachfront luxury villa 'Aquarius': Baltic Sea vacation with sea view, garden & wellness

Luxury villa by the sea with 2 sun terraces, garden, large roof terrace, fitness room, Finnish sauna, fireplace and bathtub with sea view. In July 2019 we received the first guests in the exclusive albatross villa "Aquarius".
Wellness and fitness with a sea view are very important here. A fitness area with a sea view, an ergometer, cross trainer, flat screen, SlimBeam multi-gym and a wellness area with a view of the Baltic Sea and the white sails of the passing sailboats make every holidaymaker's heart beat faster. 3 bedrooms, 4 terraces, custom-made furniture in a maritime design, a Bose sound system and a wonderful view of the loop, the free Baltic Sea and the Schleimünde lighthouse await our guests.
As soon as you enter the property with a frieze wall and maritime garden design, your holiday begins with SEA time.
A special highlight is the large fitness area, which is located in a separate building and connects directly to the villa. Via the all-round terrace on the ground floor, our guests can access the invisible fitness area, which, in addition to high-quality equipment, offers the opportunity to enjoy the workout with a sea view in a private atmosphere. A flat screen TV is also in this room.
The ground floor of the Albatross Villa "Aquarius" is dominated by the approx. 43 sqm light-flooded living area, which with its three-sided panoramic glazing allows a view of the Baltic Sea, the beautifully landscaped gardens and the sea from every angle.
The fully equipped kitchen with cooking island integrated in the living area makes every guest a hobby cook. A brick fireplace next to the cozy corner sofa, a large flat screen TV and the stylishly designed dining area make this room the linchpin of your vacation.
The large all-round sun terrace is entered via one of the three large sliding doors and offers a seating area, a special outdoor grill and stylish lounge furniture. Here you can have breakfast to your heart's content or enjoy the sundowner with a barbecue in the evening.
In addition to the entrance area with cloakroom and adjoining utility room, there is a large bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed, TV and built-in wardrobes on the ground floor.
A staircase with gallery on the upper floor leads our guests to the wellness area, which, in addition to a free-standing bathtub, a large Finnish sauna, a rain shower and double vanity, leaves nothing to be desired. The large sliding door allows a view of the sea and the passing sailing boats while showering, bathing and having a sauna. A balcony connects to the wellness area, so that you can breathe in the fresh sea air right after the sauna.
In addition to the large wellness bathroom, there is also the master bedroom with a large box spring bed, mirrored built-in wardrobe and large panoramic windows on this level of the house. Wake up in the morning and start the day with a cup of coffee in bed. Listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy the view of the Schleimünde lighthouse. A vacation day couldn't begin more beautifully.
Another bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together if necessary, fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity are also upstairs. A south-facing terrace with loungers enables our guests to relax and enjoy the sun on this living level.
The highlight is on the roof of the "Aquarius" albatross villa. The large roof terrace offers a spectacular view of the sea, the gliding sailing boats and the incomparable nature of the Baltic Sea. Here you can enjoy the sun at any time. High-quality lounge furniture and designer seating offer relaxation guarantee against a perfect backdrop.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Bose sound system as well as blackout and sun protection. A carport for up to two vehicles including an electric charging station and another lockable room outside are also available to our guests.
We provide a basket of firewood for our guests free of charge.
The Albatross Villa "Aquarius" is part of the northern, exclusive Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be some construction work in the area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information about when future work will be carried out.

The floor plans were provided to us with the kind support of HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH. The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is embedded in an incomparable nature and equipped with everything that makes your stay pleasant and varied all year round.
Our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all excited to see it emerge until the planned completion in 2022.
On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The rental price applies to an occupancy of 4 guests. Each additional guest is charged 15.00 euros / night. A maximum occupancy of up to 6 people is possible.
Bed linen, hand, shower and tea towels can be booked for 25.00 euros / person. We also offer a sauna sheet as an option. On arrival, a basket of firewood is ready for you, you are welcome to purchase additional wood from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of EUR 249.00. The deposit of EUR 500.00 is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. In the event of proper handover on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
