Wedding weekend

The property was wonderful. Close to a local brewery. Close to the lake and hiking trails. First floor bathroom, sink faucet is broken. There was no dishwasher soap. Upstairs bathroom shampoo and conditioner containers in shower stall were empty. Overall we had a wonderful weekend, close to the wedding at the golf course. What a beautiful area. No bear sightings.

Awesome location, awesome house!

This house was a great place to meet up with extended family. The bathrooms in suite for two of the rooms was a plus! Very clean, well stocked. Anything we needed was there. We had issues initially getting into the house, but property managers were very responsive, and got us right in. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back again!

First Timers

Our visit to Incline Village was amazing. Area is a bit pricey but worth it. The location can not be beat. We were able to quickly reach our destinations in a reasonable time. Much quicker than in South Lake Tahoe. Property is next to grocery store. Finding the shared pool was a challenge the first time.

Nice condo, good location but no beach pass

We had a rough entry as Google maps brings you to another entrance for the subdivision and the listing directions don’t tell you where to go. We waited on hold for 15 minutes and finally got help, needed help with gate code as well, so that whole process took at least 30 minutes, to get into the unit. On entry there is no Manuel and everything is secured with keys and passcodes in the subdivision. That took a couple phone calls to figure out how to get in the pool, where is the fitness center etc. The unit was nice and well appointed. Incline village beach is 100% private. Many vacation rentals leave the beach pass. Not this one. We literally had no way to go to the beach as Sand Harbor is now closed but for reservations months in advance and King’s beach is a madhouse. So we stayed in the condo and at the pool and enjoyed ourselves. We loved that Raley’s is right next-door. Next time I will be sure to rent a unit that has a beach pass and I recommend you do the same. Also, if you take this unit, be sure to get specific instructions to find the unit before you leave.

Disappointing Stay Due to False Advertising

The property was sufficient in terms of space for our group. While well maintained with pleasant outdoor surroundings (i.e. great sledding hills for the kiddos) - my overall experience was disappointing. The listing described a well equipped property with additional amenities such as a pool and tennis courts. In reality, the kitchen appliances were extremely outdated and in need of an upgrade. One of the upstairs bedrooms also had a faint annd unpleasant odor. The biggest issue, however, was the misleading description of amenities. The listing clearly stated that the pool and tennis courts were available, and I even confirmed this twice - once via text during my stay and once with the property manager over the phone prior to my arrival. Yet upon arrival, both the tennis courts and pool were closed. we were all disappointed because one of the reasons we chose this property was for the pool and tennis courts! I contacted customer service multiple times, only to receive conflicting explanations, including an absurd claim that an avalanche had caused the pool closure. This level of miscommunication and false advertising is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was not offered a refund for the amenities I was promised but could not use. I would not recommend this property to others unless management improves transparency and communication.
