FULL DESCRIPTION
Beautiful, renovated cozy contemporary basement suite of our home conveniently located just 8 minutes from the Air Force Academy south gate and easy access to I-25 for many more sights and activities!

The basement apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and has its own entrance with keyless entry and is private and secure from the rest of our home.

Walk into the spacious living room with plenty of seating on the sectional couch. Connect to your favorite shows and movies with the 55" TV complete with a firestick.

There are board and card games in the closet for your enjoyment, as well as a separate desk/workspace should you need to get any work done.

The Bathroom
The bathroom is remodeled with plenty of counter space for your belongings and hooks to hang everyone's towels.

The Bedrooms
The king-sized bedroom is huge with a comfy king bed, twin bunk beds, and still plenty of room for additional pack 'n plays, etc. (we can provide a pack 'n play upon request for your convenience as well at no charge). The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a ceiling fan, separate from the other bedroom.

Each room has blackout curtains, sound machines and wall heaters for your comfort and convenience.

Kitchenette
Our kitchenette comes complete with:
- Refrigerator/freezer
- Keurig, separate 5-cup coffee maker
- Toaster oven, microwave, crockpot, electric kettle and single plug-in burner
- Dishes, silverware, glasses/cups, wine glasses, etc.
- Want to grill? We have a 2-burner infrared gas grill with tools for your use on the patio outside the basement apartment.

The dining space regularly seats four, but we provide two extra chairs in a closet should you need them.

Family-Friendly
Have little ones? We provide:
- Baby bath with bath toys, baby bath towel, and baby wash.
- High chair seat and bumbo
- A pack 'n play with mattress and diaper genie are available upon request
- Stool for kids in the bathroom cabinet
- Kids' corner in the large bedroom complete with several toys and books to read.

Special Note
No pets, no crypto mining, and no smoking/vaping or drug use are allowed anywhere on or in the property.

Please note that our family (2 adults and 2 young children) live upstairs which means we're close by should you need anything. Our home is a 2-story home with all of our bedrooms on the top level allowing the main floor to serve as an additional buffer in between our levels during the night :).

We were in the Springs for a wedding. My daughter’s family was staying at Great Wolf, the wedding was at Garden of the Gods and the reception was a mile to our south. The location was idea.This is a fantastic unit. It is a well-designed space and finished with style. The kitchenette is well stocked and turn-key ready. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Every room is device ready with USB power cubes and Bluetooth speakers. The bedroom with the bunkbeds is stocked with children’s toys.Our stay was quite enjoyable and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great stay for families!

Very clean place, it’s a shared space but your space is very private. They even leave snacks out for you and your littles to enjoy. Neighborhood is nice and close to most major attractions. Hosts are also very responsive and can help with your needs should something arise. Lastly, a nice touch was the postcards and free stamp so you can mail family about your experience. Definitely will stay again, loved every bit of our stay!

My 19 year old daughter and I stayed a couple of nights in June and the property was awesome! It's in a great location and we felt very safe. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The host has thought of everything, from providing cold waters and snacks for your arrival to having reusable shopping bags available for trips to the store. There are also a lot of items available for babies and small children. Communication was excellent and host jas provided clear instructions for using the fireplace amd tv. I cannot recommend this rental enough. Will definitely stay again when I'm back in the area.

Before our arrival we were informed about the rules and procedures through text. When we arrived the owner came out to meet us, he was very friendly and helped us with Our bags!
