Canyon Retreat in the City

Resort living in town with amazing view of Pikes Peak. Fully furnished, 3 bedroom with sparkling clean hot tub and private patio. Private full first floor living space/apartment. Located in the high end, Rockrimmon area, guests have a secluded, private entrance full basement apartment. Their own sparkling clean salt water spa, fire pit with city overlook, patio with dining for 6. Newly remodeled with new flooring, appliances and much more. Safe neighborhood with amazing views for a very reasonable price. Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy and we are not 420/mjm friendly. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. (thanks for understanding!) Also, please note that there are no shared spaces, but my wife and I live in the upper level. You likely will not see us after checkin. FYI: we are a legal and permitted property: Colorado Springs permit: STR-1156

The owners were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed seeing the deers in the neighborhood and looked forward to seeing them every day as well as on the property. The property was charming and clean with a beautiful view of the town, especially at night with the city light. We also loved sitting in front of the fireplace and talking about our day.

Delightful Colorado Experience

Steve and Ann are wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed our stay at their house with the scenic views overlooking Colorado Springs. The location was ideal for us, and the surrounding neighborhood was lovely. We were very comfortable in the beautifully decorated rooms, and we appreciated our hosts’ attention to details that made our stay a great one. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic

We loved our stay at Steve and Ann's VRBO. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming. My 2 children loved it. The vintage decor was really fun. The hot tub and spacious back patio was great. The neighborhood was quiet and had a secluded feel with lots of pines throughout. It was all just perfect for a multi-day adventure in Colorado Springs. If we are back in the Springs, we'd definitely stay with Steve and Ann again.

Wonderful stay and convenient to so many places.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It was just the right size for our family of five. We especially enjoyed the hot tub as an extra treat. Hosts were very nice and very fast to respond when we reached out, but also gave us our privacy.

Wonderful Getaway!

Steve and Ann really went out of their way to make sure we felt right at home. The location of this house was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs and still felt like we were away from the city life. Thank you for making our fall break full of many happy memories!

Wonderful Place

My hiking group came out to do the Manitou Incline. This was an wonderful central location for our trip. Steve was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us the lay of the land. We enjoyed watching the moon rise by the fire pit, and it was a comfortable place to land after the days activities. And the hot tub hit the spot after a long day on the Incline and Barr trail. Highly recommend this property and the fabulous hosts.

College Reunion

Three of us met up after 20 yrs to reconnect and do some touristy things in Colorado. Steve's place was PERFECT. I need to find a time to come and stay for a week! He is friendly and the place is just right. PLUS, it is centrally located. For us flatlanders a morning walk in the neighborhood was a challenging thing. Seriously, thank you Steve! Your cup overfloweth onto all that you meet.

Heaven on earth

My husband and I and our four children spent a week at this beautiful home this past July. Steve and Ann were very warm and welcoming and gracious hosts. We arrived earlier than anticipated and they managed to have the property ready for us a bit so we could overcome our Jetllag. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in their home. We enjoyed the beautiful back patio, including seeing some special guests, such as mama and baby mule deer and bobcat. We enjoyed sitting out front of the house overlooking the beautiful view of Colorado Springs. The hot tub was a welcome Blessing after our hiking. Highly recommend this property and we would definitely come back.

Our Canyon Retreat is newly remodeled with wonderful amenities. Hot tub, fire pit, woodturning fireplace, kitchen and dining for 6 people both inside and out. Easy access to many attractions and is situated in a very safe, high end neighborhood with off street parking for 2 cars. You will love the covered patio with a fountain and party lights.
