Here you can windsurf, kitesurf and surf or just sunbathe. At 200 meters there is a beach resort with umbrellas and deckchairs. About 14 km away is Tarquinia, a resort rich in archaeological sites related to Etruscan art and a fascinating medieval town. Viterbo with its wellness facilities is 45 km away, and the eternal city of Rome with its cultural richness is 85 km away. The Parco dei Vulci with the Etruscan Tomb (to be visited by reservation) 4 km, a golf course 16 km, the port of Civitavecchia 10 km. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room are located in the basement, accessible by an external staircase.
