This cabin is located on Blue Moon Resort. It is on Hill Lake and has beach access right near the cabin and a private dock. You can use the property's canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats. It's also a perfect getaway in the winter for ice fishing and snowmobiling, with the snowmobile trail going right through the middle of the lake

Nice cabin

Check in was easy, checkout instructions were clear, host was very helpful and timely with responses. The lake is nice and the area is pretty, there's a couple things to do in town but we mostly stayed in the cabin. Overall it was a great trip and I would stay here again.

Great stay

This lake home was perfect for a family get away. Placed right on the lake and fishing was an added bonus. The children and grandchildren were able to play at the beach and play ground. We had a great time!

Great cabin

It was a beautiful location, however the cabin was really dirty, we loved how spacious it wss for the 10 of us! We loved being able to access the beach at all hours. My only thing was the lack of cleanliness

Great beach and lake amenities, wasn’t prepared for little bare essentials

The property location is amazing, the lake and beach amenities are fun and easy to access, and the host is great at communicating with you and responsive. I wasn’t prepared though for very little bare essentials that you expect with a vrbo. With a family of four and three being girls, it’s okay to stock with toilet paper, we won’t steal any remaining after the weekend. There was one partial roll in main bathroom and one full and partial roll in upstairs bathroom. By the last night I was tired of bugging the host so the girls were using napkins in one bathroom! We only had 4 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand/dish towels in the room for a 3 day stay for 4 people. Again, the host was great at replying to your message and showed up right away with more but I feel like I’m bugging them. There are extra pillows but no pillow cases, no paper towels, one tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (travel size), and you’re expected to clean the place before you leave. So you’re basically getting the cabin as clean as the last guest cleaned it. It wasn’t the biggest deal in the world, I leave places pretty reasonable, but it takes extra time and work when you’re trying to be out in the morning, and it’s not any cheaper than places that have all these things. I would go back, but I’d be more prepared and pack way more essentials next time.
