We really enjoyed our stay at The Launch Pad. The house fit us perfectly and the pool was especially comfortable. There is some wear and tear but everything was in good working order.

Host lives across the street and is super helpful and also not intrusive. Convenient location to beaches and an hour or so to all the Orlando fun. Quiet neighborhood.

The temperature was an issue and a nightmare for us it with it being so hot and unable to adjust the air and when you were able to get the code to make adjustments it constantly kept resetting to the original higher temperature. No welcome basket ask pictured. The washer and dryer smelled like it was about to catch on fire so we were not able to really use it. No check out instructions so we have not idea if we did what we needed to do.

Happy family visit

Selected this property for a small family vacation and it fit our tribe perfectly. The owner is right next door and he was responsive to our requests and very friendly. Its the perfect location for visiting the Space Coast. Can't wait to book again.

Low key and easy family getaway

The LaunchPad is in a great location for day trips to all major attractions in the area. The neighborhood is quiet. Garage parking is nice. Family of 6 was very comfortable staying here.

A perfect stay

The house was very nice, tidy, well-equipped. The kids loved the Pool entirely protected from Moskitos which is perfect! The owner is very friendly, helpful and responsive. We can definitely recommend the place!

Fishing Trip from Launch Pad

Great location for base of operations for 1 week fishing trip. Property was very clean and perfectly functional for our needs. THe pool was a great place to relax and cool down after a day of fishing.

Great Location with Attentive Owner

Easy to see launches from the front yard. Central location with a short drive (30 min) to Kennedy Space Center Pool was very nice. Owners were very responsive to two small issues/questions, even providing excellent recommendations for dining and things to see in the area.

Very Responsive and Helpful Hosts!

We had a lovely stay for three nights while we took our family to a wedding. The house was clean and pleasant. Our hosts were very responsive when we needed alittle extra cleaning around the pool and took care of it right away. I recommend this home!

The Launch Pad Met Expectations

Very clean, good utilitarian space in a very convenient location. Owner was exceptionally nice. We were able to go on various short trips to the refuges and wildlife areas, restaurants and stores. Will return again.
