The entrance is ground level and leads over a 15 sqm terrace directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Cooking nook in the living room 50 sqm and with TV, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (100 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 8 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair and TV. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the 12 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Risika. The holiday home is located on a farm, on an enclosed plot with lawn and flowers, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. 100. rural part in a small village of Risika, 300 m from the village centre. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the street in front of the house. The car park is located next to the holiday home, which is fenced.
