Waterfront Southern Plantation Style House with Extreme Curb Appeal and just minutes from Folly Beach!

Unit A has 2300 square feet and is the 2nd and 3rd floors and has 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, with an open floor plan along with a big porch in the front and a big screened porch in the back!

Water and Marsh Views from almost every room and Wildlife Galore!

New stainless steel refrigerator and microwave in 2022! New stainless steel dishwasher, stovetop, and oven in 2021!

We are a working family friendly neighborhood so please wind down at 10 pm so our neighbors can have a good rest before going to work in the mornings.

Summer vacay

The home was very spacious. location was great for us. Host was helpful with suggestions for places to visit and eat. Check in and check out-effortless! Would stay again!

Long weekend with Friends and Family

The property was in a great location for all of the activities we had planned for the weekend. Being on the waterway was a huge plus for our kids who like to fish. Kitt was great and checked in multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great vacation house

Enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the large kitchen and the screened in porch. My mom and I enjoyed sitting looking at the marsh and all of the wildlife. We even got to se a porpoise one morning. The house was very convenient to grocery store and to Folly Beach. Would love to visit again!

Great location and great host

We had an amazing time. We were able to kayak with dolphins and enjoyed the closeness to the beach. We were able to all fit into 1 uber for $15 which we found is the way to go woth parking being so high. I wasn't prepared for the tide going out but once we ntoced the schedule of the the tide coming in and out we just planned our kayaking ariund thr water levels. Great time, very clean and great location.

Great location

The good…. 1. Location was convenient to Folly Beach and river views are amazing. 2. Kitt was helpful and very responsive 3. Very spacious. 4. Well stocked kitchen 5. Lots of beds for guests 6. Large shower up with each bedroom having private vanity. 7. Large master down with two large closets and separate vanities. 8. Quiet neighborhood with residents on right of home and rental on left of home. 9. Basic necessities were there including dish soap, sponge and hand soap in bathrooms. 10. Great screened in porch in rear to watch for sea life and sunrise/ sunset. The not so good… 1. The entire place needs a deep cleaning, like wiping down doors and cabinets. 2. Furniture was very uncomfortable. No good place to relax after walking for miles in Charleston. No island chairs for such a big island. 3. Bedding and furniture needs updating. 4. Washing machine broken. Part did not arrive to have repaired before our visit. Kitt offered to pay for laundromat, but we were only there for 3 days, so not necessary. Overall 3 stars, owner is courteous and attentive. Great location, price, views, but some updates and cleaning are needed. Would stay again if resolved. Just fyi… since this is in a neighborhood, noise levels need to be kept down as not to disturb neighbors (in case you are a partier lol). My teens got in trouble first night. :-(

A comfortable and convenient stay

My husband and I and our two young kids stayed here for a long weekend. The house is stocked with everything you need and comfortably furnished. We picked it because my brother was renting a place on sol legare and we wanted to be close by, but this is about 5 minutes to the beach/downtown Folly and across the street from a grocery store. The neighborhood is eclectic and quiet and the creek views are beautiful. Kitt lives in a separate studio under the house and is available if you need anything, but otherwise you wouldn’t know he’s there. I’m knocking off one star only because I think the house could use a good deep cleaning and the dock isn’t quite as nice as pictured.
