The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family house and has a separate entrance. The cozy upper apartment has been renovated and equipped with new modern furniture.
The approximately 60sqm apartment consists of a romantic bedroom, living room with comfortable sofa bed to unfold, a spacious bathroom with window, modern shower without access and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The premises are all bright and friendly.
In front of the front door is a cozy covered seating area with a table, which you can use even in bad weather as a smoking area.
The fenced adjacent garden invites you to relax. There is a large self-built barbecue, sitting areas, sun loungers and a wooden garden swing. Of course, your four-legged friend is welcome and may use the garden to play and romp.
A herb snail with various spices is also available.

Leider war der Aufenthalt Dienstlich zur Fortbildung. Gerne komme ich wieder mit meiner Partnerin und Anhang. Wohnung perfekt - Ausstattung super - Sauberkeit Makellos und die Vermieterin SPITZE!!!!
