Beautiful sun-lit 3BR 2BA modern cottage in downtown Aiken, just 3 blocks to Whiskey Alley and over 20 restaurants and bars.

This craftsman home has a large open common area with modern fixtures, elegant and functional traditional shutters, double sided fireplace, and sleek black subway tile mirrored alcoves. The living and dining room have been flipped so working in the gourmet kitchen isn't cut off from the rest of the party. The dining table seats 6 comfortably so the property is ideal for couples' and family vacations.

The 3 bedrooms feature high-end mattresses with varying firmness and the 2 bathrooms are bright and cheery with the primary featuring a luxurious walk in shower with multiple shower heads.

A screened in porch on the back of the home comes with comfortable cushioned patio furniture surrounding a fire table to take the chill off as well as overhead fans for the warmer evenings.

Several cars can be fit in the back of the home and the driveway so they don't have to be parked on the street. For long term rentals please inquire about garage availability.

We stayed in this lovely home for about a week while waiting to move into our new home in Aiken. The location was wonderful and the house is absolutely beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed - laundry, large kitchen, great bathrooms and a nice screened-in porch.

What an awesome place. Updated, clean, well stocked. Great floor plan. Communication with owner was always fast and seamless. The back porch was pretty peaceful. Comfortable beds. I stay at a lot of rental places and this one easily falls in the top tier. Will definitely be back.

Great stay! Easy checking and checkout process. Very good to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions of where to go/eat. Could’ve used storage or some sort of shelving in the second bathroom for guests to place things. Driveway was tight for our van, but was able to reverse in with no issue. Just need to go slow. We would stay here again!

Lovely place. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host was super accommodating without bothering us at all. Just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect House, Great Owners

House was perfect for us. Clean, updated and comfortable. Great location to downtown and close to the Bruce’s Field for the horse shows. Owners were responsive and helpful in every way possible. We spent two weeks at the house and it worked great. Kitchen and appliances were great on nights we wanted to cook and downtown area (Whiskey Alley area) was less than half a mile away for dinner and drinks. This will be our go to house for horse shows.

Downtown cozy home

The VRBO home we stayed at was perfectly located close to downtown Aiken for a nice walk to stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. The family owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to work out our week away from our home.
