FeWo ist in die Jahre gekommen/ Keine hohen Ansprüche mitbringen

Auf Anfragen bzgl. der vorhandenen Gegenstände für ein Kind wurde erhielten wir zunächst keine Antwort von der Vermieterin. Erst nach Kontakt mit der Agentur, kam nach 2 Tagen eine Nachricht von der Vermieterin. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig (gr. offensichtliche Spinnenweben auf dem Balkon, fremde Haare auf dem Boden, tote Fliegen auf dem Boden). Kontakt zur Vermieterin kurz vor der Anreise ok jedoch keinerlei persönlicher Kontakt/Begrüßung obwohl diese anscheinend unterhalb der FeWo mit ihrer Familie wohnt. Selbst nachdem man sich zufällig gesehen hat eher vermeidendes Verhalten. Hatten die Wohnung 2 dirket unterhalb des Terassenbereiches inkl. Grill, von welchem wir zwei mal voll geraucht worden sind. Alte Herdplatten in der Küche (Gefahr für Kleinkinder, da Regler auf Augenhöhe), Ausrüstung ok, keine Spühlmaschine, Kaffemaschine leicht schmuddelig und begrenzter Platz in der Küche. Kinderschlafplätze sind im Wohnzimmer mittels Wandbett und Schlafsofa. Jalousie im Schlafzimmer hängt (muss per Hand runter gezogen werden). Restliche Ausstattung zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen, funktional und somit ok. Positiv großes Familienbett (200x200), Spiele/DVDs und Bücher. Weiterhin hatte sich bei unserem Besuch etwas am Dach gelöst, was lärm verursachte. Auf Bitte um Beseitigung wurde gehandelt. Unser erster und letzter Besuch

Wer nicht viel Komfort braucht, ist hier richtig

Wer nicht viel Komfort braucht, ist hier richtig. Normal, funktional eingerichtet. Im Küchenbereich noch Optimierung notwendig. Leider keine Kontakte zum Vermieter, obwohl im Haus wohnt. Lage ist super. Schnell in Burg oder am Sűdstrand.
