This beautiful and luxurious vacation home for maximum 6 guests is located directly on the water with golf access and pool. Friendly and quiet neighbourhood, and quick acces to beaches, restaurants and shops make your holidays comfortable and pleasant.
The house features HD flatscreens, high speed internet and air conditioning.
The pool area and the lower deck at the water invite you and your family to enjoy the sunny floridian days.
Please ask for our occasional special celebration days discounts and full month packages.
Looking forward to welcoming you :-)

In order to provide maximum safety , our vacation home will be cleaned and sanitized after each party,.
We sanitize with latest technology germicidal UV-C equipment.

Furthermore, after cleaning the house is kept vacant for 3 days without being entered by anyone but the next arriving tenants. No personal contact is required for check-in and check-out.

Our winter home 2023

My wife and I stayed at this home for 3 months. The home is in a great location and is in a quite neighborhood. We arrived to a very clean home that was well equipped for a long stay. Open and very roomy. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are newer. Large clean pool with a well furnished lanai. The dock and canal make for a beautiful waterfront view. Harald, the property manager was very pleasant and easy to work with. I Would highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to stay in Cape Coral.

Great Getaway

Excellent location in Cape Coral near shopping and restaurants. House was neat and tidy, for a rental, but not spotless. Great layout with a master suite, and 2 bedrooms which share a 2nd bath. Everything was as stated. We had a few small issues the manager was more than happy to respond to quickly. The pool is starting to show its age, with some cracks, and missing tiles, but was clean and functional, except for the light. The wood decking near the waters edge of the canal definitely needs replaced, as it's becoming a safety issue, especially in a rental unit. I did not mention this to the manager as we did not have a boat there, and did not spend alot of time near the canal, but you definitely need to watch your step as there are loose boards, and some soft spots. Overall a nice rental. Would return.

Nice rental

Had some minor issues, Tv’s, oven door called Harald he took care of right away. Furnace broke in January Harald had repairman there same day I called him , furnace repaired immediately. Wish living room furniture was more comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Will stay again.

Clean well stocked peoerty

Overall this was a very good property. The house itself was very clean and very well stocked. The pool was less than desirable. There was a lot of black dirt inside the pool. I don’t blame the owner for this. I blame the property manager. The dock was very nice and the ability to be able to bring my rented a boat there was a huge bonus. I did not appreciate the fact that I initially booked the property at one price. And the owner told me he had double booked the property so he could not except my booking. At the very next day the property was available again at a $1200 increase. I felt this was dirty and underhanded. But given the short notice of my reservation the owner had me over a barrel. So I guess it was a case of supply and demand and they got the most they possibly could. Again not appreciated but almost understood.

Great property on the canal.

Showed up and getting it was easy with the lock box and the property was very clean and welcoming. Pool was a bit cooler but it warmed up by the end of the week but us Minnesotans were already cold :-) We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Excellent option in Cape Coral

Edward's "Pelican" property is located in a really pretty, tranquil part of Cape Coral and turned out to be a perfect place for us to get away from the frigid north for a few weeks. Save for a couple of basic amenities (e.g. a dish drying rack, a working pool light), the house was fully equipped as per the Vrbo ad, and everything worked well. The property manager, Harald, was attentive to all our needs during our stay. Definitely worthwhile!
