LA UBICACIÓN simplemente no hay nada mejor. Sólo 10 casas de aguas abiertas en el suroeste de Cape Coral. Deseable SUR DE LA EXPOSICIÓN casa en lote de esquina de gran tamaño con 130 'del malecón. Disfrute de 3.200 pies cuadrados de amplia sala de estar en esta casa de uno-de-una especie de rancho. De Windows en todo el frente de la casa y 12 controles deslizantes en la espalda traer mucha luz natural y excelentes vistas.

Nuestra villa vacacional está decorada con hermosos muebles tropicales. Te encantará la gran terraza acristalada con una pared entera de controles deslizantes que dan a la terraza de la piscina filtrada. Nuestra sala de estar en la parte delantera de la casa cuenta con un sofá de cuero y sillas reclinables.

Las habitaciones son todas de gran tamaño y tienen colchones con cubierta tipo almohada.

Family Fun

Our whole family spent 10 days at this beautiful, large, well stocked home! The design of the home allows for privacy for sleeping, and great gathering areas! Even with multiple cooks in the kitchen, it was spacious and others could gather at the eating bars to visit. We will definitely be back to this perfect place!!!

Great location

We stayed at Mariners Landing for 6 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We brought our boat and experienced some of the best boating ever! So many places to explore. We would definitely visit t again.

Wonderful home!

We were so pleased with our rental in Cape Coral. Janice and Curt were fantastic hosts and helped us with any questions we had. They left a terrific notebook with lots of restaurant menus. The pool is awesome! And the house had everything we needed.everything we could possibly need.

Friends and Family Fun on the 4th

This house is great. Pool, boat dock, and lots of space. The house is stocked better than any rental home we’ve ever stayed. The location to get to the stores and restaurants, by car or boat, is very easy and close. I highly recommend Mariners Landing and plan to come back.

Beautiful home!

The home is very nice and was clean. Lots of supplies on hand for preparing meals. The pool was great and we enjoyed the boat rental. If you are not familiar with Cape Coral do your homework. Navigating the canals, reading maps and following markers to various ocean beaches can be a bit overwhelming. We had a great instructor on the first full day on the water. Captain Bob gave us lesson. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Please also know that a boater safety course is needed for anyone under 30 who wants to pilot the boat. Fuel costs for the boat were also unexpectedly high. Had we known these things we might have chosen a different location for our vacation. All's well that ends well. We had a great time. But I will admit that boating was stressful at first! I'm glad we got to experience it.

Great location lots of space!

This place has a great location with plenty of space for a large group. It has everything you need. Plenty of cookware like crock pot, pans, blender, dishes, and utensils. Lots of seating by the pool too and plenty of towels. It is an older home so the AC doesn’t get to all the rooms as well, the water pressure is low, and some things are outdated but still worked. Overall a nice place to stay! Janice was very easy to communicate with and get a hold of if we needed anything. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect house for a family

We absolutely loved this house for our family of 8 with adult children. Very spacious and bright. Plenty of seating options and the pool was perfect for all of us. Very cool having the canal right out the back door. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back again someday.

Amazing Property!

Wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood. The kids had a blast swimming in the heated pool and fishing in the canal. We were able to rent a boat for the week and keep it right at the house. The owner is very nice and does great job of communicating. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great home and great property owner !

We really enjoyed our stay here ! The owner was able to squeeze us in last minute due to a cancelation we had through a property with airb&b. She is a great person to rent from and bent over backwards for us. We appreciate everything she did for us ! Swimming pool was a blast and plenty of room for the whole family. Close distance to food, shopping and beaches. I would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect house for our trip!

We loved this house. The layout was great for our party of 8. It was nice to have a bathroom accessible on the pool deck. We also rented a boat for our stay and the water location was awesome! The home owner was super friendly and has notes all over the house explaining things. So thoughtful and helpful. They really have thought of everything. We would definitely rent this house again!

Paradise in Cape Coral

Everything is as advertised! Janice has a beautiful home at the end of a quiet canal. The Pool is AMAZING! Its over 6 feet deep! We had a group of 11 that included 4 children between 8 to 17 and 7 adults from 19 to 55. You seriously don't have to leave the house, there are games, books, pool toys, bikes etc. We also rented the boat and really enjoyed our time fishing, hitting the islands and just sight seeing the homes, dolphins, manatee and visiting multiple marina's for some amazing seafood! Janice was always available, (even when we had trouble working the TV remote!) and I couldn't ask for a better host. Thanks for letting our family enjoy a little slice of your paradise.

Great for large families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space for our large family! We enjoyed the large pool and deck. We also were able to rent the boat, but the weather didn’t allow much use of it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was easy and she was super responsive when we had any questions or issues. This was by far our favorite stay on the gulf! We will certainly return.

Boater's delight

We had a great time here this week. The house had everything we needed, an abundance of extra towels for the pool (which our kids used a lot). The pool was big and deep. The house was very clean and well maintained. Location couldn't be more perfect. Well protected from choppy water, but a very short canal ride to the open water. Our host was very responsive to our questions and very accessible via phone and text. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. The only suggestion I made to the host was to add an additional fridge in the garage or laundry room for drinks, etc. Oh, and there are 3 bathrooms... we didn't find the third until the 3rd day we were there, it's a full pool bath, not connected to the main house, accessible only from the outside pool deck. Has a big shower, toilet and sink. Do bring bug spray, as the screened-in porch doesn't block the no-see-ums, which are common in FL during the summertime. All appliances and kitchen gadgets you would need are there, slow cooker, blender, pancake griddle etc. They have a Keurig coffee maker on the counter, but there is also a regular one under the cabinet I'd you prefer to use that. Great place and great value.

Beautiful home, great location!

This house is perfect for larger families to gather. We utilized the pool almost daily, there was more than enough living spaces & seating for everyone to spread out & relax. The location is perfect, just a short drive to the beach, & plenty of great restaurants. I would highly recommend!

Great family home!!

We had 3 generations of family staying and it was enjoyable for every age. The pool, the dock and bedrooms, family areas exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance, utensils that we needed.

Great extended family Christmas Vacation

We had 3 generations at the house for a family vacation and had a really nice time. The house was spacious with plenty of amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool. There is one bathroom for 3 of the bedrooms which worked out ok because there is an additional bath with the master on the other side of the house and one outside at the pool area. The water heaters were tankless which helped when we were all taking showers one right after the other. The kitchen was well equipped, even refrigerator had condiments and cupboards had supplies like oil, sugar, salt. We just replaced what we used, but nice to have something there if you forgot to get at the store. Plenty of tables to eat at and play games inside and out. We also rented the boat and took it out every day but one when we went to visit other family in the area. I would have liked a little more on the water orientation with the captain, but we managed with the help of the depth finder/navigation system and didn't get into any trouble in the many shallow areas. It definitely helped that I had owned and driven a boat before. Our only problem was the no-see-ums, little biting bugs that didn't bother all of us, but the 4 of us who got bit, got them bad and bug spray didn't help. We were told later that Avon's Skin so Soft works well. I will remember that when we go back. All in all great time and nice home.

Fun in the sun

Our family stayed here for 6 nights, kids really enjoyed the pool, the view from the patio is perfect. Everything is beautiful inside with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, beds were comfy, everything was great. The pool bath is cool too having kids and being able to change back and forth to the pool easy without messing up the house. we enjoyed a boating adventure and was able to rent a boat and have it delivered to the house. Overall we had a great family vacation thanks for having us at Mariner's Landing

We LOVE SW Florida so purchased a home to spend extensive time here. We chose a large home and furnished it with lots of bedding for friends & family to come and visit with us. Each bedroom is very large. Come and enjoy our home.

A SHORT BOAT RIDE to local restaurants at Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, Sanibel beaches, Ft. Myers beach and the gulf of Mexico. There's great fishing nearby. We also like boating in the Pine Island Sound or to Cayo Costa State Park where you can dock and take the free tram over to the beach. Or dock at Cabbage Key and dine at the famous Jimmy Buffet restaurant.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Close proximity to open water. Most homes in Cape Coral require long commutes at idle speed to get anywhere. We are boaters and wanted quick access to 'full throttle'. At only 10 houses from the river, you can be out in the Gulf of Mexico in minutes. If you are an avid fisherman, quick access allows for morning AND evening trips if you so desire. Sailboat access with no bridges.
