BRAND NEW SWIM SPA WAS INSTALLED ON JUNE 20. NEWLY RENOVATED INTERIOR & EXTERIOR! Sleeps up to 14. Peek-a-boo Gulf views and a 2 min walk to the beach. Interior features spacious kitchen and dining area and 2 separate living rooms to keep adults and kids happy. Main level bedroom is a bunk room with a full sized bunk bed (can sleep up to 4). Bunk room connects to the 2nd living room and a full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find 3 comfy suites each with their own private full bathroom and deck/balcony access. Laundry is also upstairs. Take a quick stroll to the beach...spend the day in the sun...then enjoy the evening at one of the most relaxing homes on the Cape.

The North Cape is the most beautiful, relaxing beach I have ever experienced. The laid back "Old Florida" vibe makes visiting the Cape uniquely enjoyable and unforgettable. No high rises. No chain restaurants. Just a friendly, easy going beach community that you will fall in love with the second you arrive.

The Pearl Of The Cape is located on the North end of the Cape...on the Gulf side near St Joe Peninsula State Park.
