One Bedroom available. ROOM with private bathroom. House shared with the host but maintain separate space. Quiet neighborhood. Well lit entry.

Cozy Bedroom with black out curtains. The room has ample windows for fresh air. Split A/C & Heater. Closet to hang your clothes and flat iron. A small desk & extra dining table. In room HDTV, Coffee Maker, Microwave Oven & Mini Fridge.

Bathroom has clean towels, Shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispenser. Hand soap dispenser.

Keyless entry. Easy to get in and out of the house anytime using the front door.

Non-Smoking Property.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.

Clean room on a quiet street. Location was in close proximity to restaurants, shops and airport. Check in is easy and host was accommodating. It is a great alternative to a hotel stay. Insert yourself amongst the friendly locals and get away from fellow travelers.

I stayed in the area with a friend for one night and two nights solo, for a show at Hollywood bowl and Edith was so kind! When I had a question or concern? She replied, and made sure everything was okay too. She even let me know something about my friend’s car which I didn’t know. I appreciate her looking out for my friend! Also there was a loud train early in the morning, which in the grand scheme of things is something I can’t control, but the area was pretty calm otherwise! There’s a bakery a ten minute walk away and it was so good! It’s called cake n bake. Thank you Edith for hosting. I appreciate you :)

Great Stay

Perfect spot close to airport and the Shepherds Conference. Easy access anytime of day. She provided water, soda and snacks at a very reasonable price.

Very clean room and close to all the parks and tourist attractions. Very quiet neighborhood. I was a little concern about how close to airport its located. But didn’t here a thing!

Clean and quiet room with equally clean bathroom. The host provided a mini fridge in the room with snack and waters for purchase if needed. Host is kind and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Perfect space if you just need somewhere to crash at night. The property is close to the airport and downtown Burbank. Making it great for tourist activities.

Perfect, economical, comfortable

I needed a place to stay that is close to my son who just moved to LA in September. This was my first ever VRBO stay! The price was right and the location was close to my son. Edith is kind, thoughtful and doesn’t intrude. If you’re looking for a place to stay where you interact with the host, this isn’t it. She leaves you be. I saw her in person only once. She responds to text messages quickly. The only thing I’d say is that the neighbors got loud one Saturday night, but I always travel with ear plugs so not a problem for me. I had everything I needed in my room. She thinks of everything. Read the details, as it’s all covered, even how to work the heat and the AC. I’ll stay there again, if she’ll have me.
