You are free to get in and out of the house anytime using the living room. You have your own key. The room has ample windows you can open if you like fresh air. Split A/C & Heater.

Very quiet. The black out curtains are just perfect for day or night sleep.

Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.
